Very prompt and quick warranty claim. The submission was a bit cumbersome with the pictures and website when I first tried thru my phone but just had to use my laptop which made it easier.

I love yeti , I literally have close to 6000 dollars worth of yeti and I will continue to buy more . My opinion, yeti is the top brand when it comes to quality for any type of product . I only wish I could get a 32 roadie in king crab .keep up the hard work .

Previous cooler bag zipper broke. Contacted support team sent pictures and got sent a brand new one a few weeks later after sending mine in.
My third Yeti order since February
My last order was a stackable mug, in the color Moon Dust. It was on sale, and I really wanted it because the color is gorgeous. This is my 2nd stackable mug. My first one is Cherry Blossom. I like the stackable mug sizes, plus they have white ceramic on the inside which makes it easier to clean.

This was a warranty issue. Contact with the customer representative via email was quick and easy.
Once I got the video size right, uploading pics and a video of the tumbler was easy as well. And the decision on whether Yeti would replace my tumbler came surprisingly quick.
All around, I was very pleased. Just happy to see a company stand behind their products like that. I own several Yeti mugs, tumblers, etc, and this experience validated that I’m supporting a company that, in turn, supports their customers.

This purchase was actually a warranty replacement coffee mug. Yeti made the whole warranty process smooth and simple. All that was needed was an email with a couple of pictures. It was a good experience working with customer service.
