Roy and Ryan Seiders founded YETI in 2006 based on a deep love for the outdoors and the belief that if something doesn’t work, fix it. And if it doesn’t exist, build it. Since then, we've been designing products that last for generations, get you out into the Wild, and keep you there longer. The coolers Roy and Ryan grew up with couldn’t meet the demands of serious anglers or last in the relentless Texas heat. So they made their own – designing the legendary Tundra® with enough insulation to keep ice for days and durability to last a lifetime. We’ve expanded into other products and categories since those first coolers, but our bull-simple approach to design hasn’t changed. Focus on quality. Design for durability. Never cut corners on form or function. It’s the same philosophy we’ve used to make drinkware, soft coolers, chairs, bags, cargo and more. Built for the Wild™ means it’s built to last. From hog hunts to happy hours and the backcountry to back stage, our products have been embraced by communities and outdoor pros across the world all connected through a single common thread – that the gear you rely on should never let you down.

Rambler Replacement
Yeti replaced my customized rambler quickly and hassle free.
Great company.
Paint peeling at base
My painted cup was peeling at the base leaving pink paint bits on furniture. My furniture and other people’s. It was returned in a fairly timely manner after I packaged my faulty mug up and sent it back to Yeti. Warranty was fulfilled. I would’ve liked the whole process to have been accomplished a little faster so that was my only concern.
You can't go wrong with Yeti products
You can't go wrong with Yeti products. I have a collection of 8 cups of various sizes. Love and use them all regularly.
The one time I had an issue, customer service stepped in and replaced the lid for free.
Count me in as a regular customer for life.

No questions asked replacement
No questions asked replacement, just as you’d expect from Yeti.
Contacting the company was positive
Contacting the company was positive. I sent a photo to show the problem. They verified the mug could be replaced and told me how to return it. I couldn’t get the same color but that was ok with me. I mailed it and received the replacement in a reasonable amount of time. That’s what makes purchasing from Yeti a good idea.

Overpriced with Mediocre Customer Service
They have an absurdly small window for returning an RMA item and a similarly annoying process. For the cost of their products customer service should be straightforward and “no questions asked”. Continuously disappointed by Yeti. Their products don't hold up and getting a replacement is like pulling teeth.

Frankly they did more than was even necessary in order to take care of the issue. I had a problem with one of the gaskets failing. I would have been happy with just getting a new gasket but they replaced the entire unit and I sent the old unit back (at their expense).
The process was simple and easy

It was very fast and easy to warranty my yeti cooler. When I filled out the information the warranty claim it felt so quick within a few hours, I received an email stating instructions and within a few days I had sent my cooler off and within 2 weeks I received a brand new cooler. Very satisfied 😄
Great Warranty care!
