Recently purchased a ywm-211p. The welder was not working right so I reached out to support at yeswelder and they quickly help at trying to resolve the issues but found it was defective. Ana from the support team was very helpful through this process and was a great help with the refund process. Will be trying a different machine out soon and very satisfied with there help in this matter

I found some physical damage to my welder, perhaps some rough shipping damage, Ana helped me out quickly and organized a replacement with no trouble whatsoever! I appreciate how fast I got help and how quickly they sent me a replacement from a US warehouse.

I learned how to weld out of necessity and started with a MIG 205DS-B from YesWelder about 3 years ago. Got my DP200 from the Kickstarter campaign and I'm more than thrilled with this machine (sold the 205DS-B). I did a stupid thing and damaged a capacitor on the screen board trying to do an SD card update and when I reached out to them to buy a replacement board Raymond got back to me stating that they didn't sell the parts but will send me a used machine so I can pull the part from it. Received what looks to me like a new machine with all of the accessories and wire rolls. Amazing customer service! Now I can fix my machine and have extra parts just in case.

So far, great. I just received my welder but UPS “lost it”. I had to file a claim with them and needless to say was very concerned that it could need a lengthy experience. I also reached out to Yes to let them know I didn’t receive my welder although UPS said it was delivered and within a day Raymond reached out and told me they could send another. It was a great relief and unexpected. Thank you.

Great customer service. Welder was received from shipper with substantial damage despite robust packaging; however after emailing customer service I received prompt resolution with a new unit shipped out the next business day. Welder was received without damage and works great. This company stands behind their products.

I’ve owned my MIG-205DS for about a year and have had no complaints. I did have a minor issue with my welding helmet tensioner recently and upon providing feedback to the YesWelder team and sharing a short video, Raymond responded quickly with a solution and kept me notified throughout the process. Needed to update the software in my YesWelder DP200 to add new features. After downloading the software update I attempted to install using the instructions on the webite. After several attempts the update would not complete the last step. I contacted YesWelder customer service, service Rep Ana contacted me very quickly. I explained the issue and Ana had me send her a couple of pictures and a short video of the issue. She was quickly able to give me an alternative method of installing the update. I followed her instructions and the update installed perfectly. I love my YesWelder DP200, but the quick customer service makes it even better. I highly recommend YesWelder.

I was having trouble with the YesWelder 250 TIG machine. Ana was able to ask me if I was sure that I had the correct collet and collet body for my electrode. By chance I had two kits, so I swapped out the 3/32 collet body for the one in the other kit and I was able to use the pyrex shield with the 3/32 collet for my TIG welding.

Didn't get a welder yet but accidentally purchased the wrong one. After realizing this I emailed in and Raymond cancelled my order for me in under 12 hrs so I was able to order the correct one.

I purchased the welding goggles with the face mask to use as a fire watch and for welding at my job inside of an 54” tunnel, unfortunately the goggles had cracked at some point during the job Ana over at the Yeswelder customer support team immediately sent out a whole new unit free of charge I was extremely impressed and happy! We originally had an issue with receiving only part of our order. Customer service was very quick to respond, letting us know the remaining parts would arrive the following day, which they did. YesWelder has been great to work with, and Ana even sent us a $20 gift card for the delay. We will definitely order from them again in the future.

Had a problem with the shipping company on how they treated my order looks as the company drop it upside down and crushed the handle into the machine, Contacted the the company and very quickly got a reply From Ana She immediately reply and since I had shipping insurance she got right on and handle everything for me very Quickly. Can't say enough on what amazing service she did. They pack the machine very good but shipping company caused the problem. Not had the pleasure yet on using the unit but I'm totally satisfy on the customer service of the company.

YesWelder TIG machine exceeded my expectations. After moving the machine stopped functioning. With a simple video and pics Ana was able to diagnose the issue and the welder is back up and running. Customer support from both the Instagram page and Ana was amazing.

I bought my welder and due to busy life and not alot of hobby time I expericed some troubles after unboxing my 7 in 1 awhile after purchased. I was worried that i had missed my window for help and began doing some digging i herd a few horror stories regarding customer service so I a bad feeling. To my surprise customer service rep Ana reached out to me very timely manner and helped me from beginning to resolution of my issue. She Walked me thru some step by step trouble shooting and helped me get my welding setup working properly. Im not much of a review guy but the lengths she went for yes welder showed me they actually care and that spoke volumes to me. I will buy my supplies from them here on out! Way to go Ana!
My firstress 2050 is a killer machine. Clean cuts with the on-board air and when im doing heavier cuts like 3/8 and 1/2 plate i can easily swap to my shop air. The addition of aluminum tig is a welcome addition to my fab shop. Looking forwerd to running this machine for along time to come!
