Just bought the Yesoul T3S Treadmill, the machine is great, relatively simple to build and had it up and running in about an hour. Very happy with it. I needed some help from customer service and was particularly impressed with how helpful they were and how personally they dealt with my query. If I needed any more equipment I'd definitely use Yesoul.

I recently received my Yesoul G1M Max bike. Assembly was easy. My only issue was trying to set up the screen share. Customer service was extremely responsive (within 24 hours). They gave me troubleshooting direction & discovered I needed to disable DeX to access Screen casting. It's nice to work with a company that takes pride in their customer service & product. I've used my bike several times and love the smooth ride! Thank you!

I received my treadmill within two weeks of ordering. Easy to setup. Everything looks good so far. Excited to start my journey!

The Yesoul treadmill is fantastic. Putting it together was simple and the screen and app are easy to use. I ordered the treadmill and row machine bundle. My row machine was out of stock but the support team was very friendly and helpful in finding out how long it would be until it arrived. I definitely recommend Yesoul to anyone that is looking for a affordable and well built machine.

Although delivery was delayed the bike was easy to assemble and seems to be of great quality and sturdy.

I am very happy with the quality of my bike. Great price as well.

Great price and easy setup. Only used it a few times, so durability is TBD. The only downside is that the Bluetooth speaker requires the wire to be plugged in to work.

We bough the stationary bike last summer and loved it so much that we wen ahead and purchased the rower to go with it! My husband is 6'4" and somehow fits on both pieces of equipment which almost never happens. We highly recommend both of these options for any home gym.

The company had excellent customer service. They answered all my questions and more. They were super helpful and in a timely manner.

I ordered a bike from Yesoul and then later decided to buy the treadmill and rowing machine because a) the bundle offer is such good value, and b) the bike we received is really good.
More importantly than the quality of the bike has been the support I received from the Customer Services team. When I sent an enquiry, I received a response almost immediately and they have been available and on standby to answer all of my queries. They have all been so helpful and it's so nice to work with a Customer Service team who I know I can actually get a response from.

easy to assemble and to operate. they look great too

I ordered the bike online was a little apprehensive to do it but the price was very appealing. Communication was good. They explained this was their busy season and delivery would be a little later than normal. Assembly was easy, instructions easy to follow. Bike works perfectly and meets my expectations.

I couldn’t be happier with my Yesoul G1 MPlus. Right out of the box, the build quality is fabulous—it feels sturdy, high-end, and provides an incredibly smooth, whisper-quiet ride.
​The standout for me is the tech; screen mirroring to a larger display is seamless, making the workouts feel immersive. Speaking of workouts, the classes are brilliant and keep me motivated every day. To top it off, the customer service has been nothing short of incredible. If you’re on the fence, jump off and buy it. 100% recommended!

Order and delivery of the bike really good, however arrived and doesn't work, customer service horrendous no resolution other than told to try and fix it myself. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPNAY TYPICAL CHINESE RUBBISH

The journey with Yesoul Fitness has been excellent to date! Their customer service and support via email has been fantastic! I purchased a Gim Plus Yesoul bike and it was delivered very quickly even though I live in Ireland! Thanks to Rachel and the team! I followed the instructions on building the bike and it was very straightforward! Just take your time and enjoy the experience!

The Yesoul Max Bike is fantastic! It’s sturdy, quiet, and the magnetic resistance is smooth. The ability to stream my favourite show while I ride is excellent. Excellent value for a high-quality smart bike!
