Great experience! Placed the order and received it within 3 days. Installation was a breeze. The email response from the company was also brilliant. Overall, very satisfied.

Please be aware that if you are not an influencer you will be waiting months for your bike. I ordered a bike from Yeseol in February and have still not received the bike. There was no communication from the company when I bought the bike regarding shipping and delivery. Last week I reached out as there was still no available shipping or delivery information. When I emailed them, I was only then told that there has been a delay and my bike would not be shipped until April. Being on most social media platforms, I have seen in the last 3 weeks there is a litany of uk and other eu influencers marketing this bike. It'd pretty much every second ad. So uts very clear where the 'delay' is. So please be aware when purchasing, that you are likely to be waiting months for the bike and shipping and delivery information is not what it says on website (10-15days). The response from the company has been all AI chatbot responses so don't expect to get anything there either. Overall very poor experience. If there is any further delay I will be pursuing a refund.

They had really great sale going on so I decided to buy their rower, especially at the price. Once I received it, assembly was very easy. The unit is very sturdy and has a smooth row action.

Their costumer service has been amazing with me!!! Very happy with them.

I purchased my Yesoul G1M bike and it arrived so quickly. It was packaged very well and didn’t take my husband too long to build. The quality is really good and very sturdy, a lovely piece of equipment. Unfortunately my power cable did not work so I had to call customer services and they dealt with the problem efficiently and ordered me a new one. The communication was very good and in a friendly manner.

I ordered the bike after initially looking at a more expensive competitor. Customer service was excellent and the bike arrived within the week. Very easy to assemble. The bike itself is excellent, you can use it without a subscription unlike other bikes, however you will need to buy a membership if you want to use the outdoor trails. This however is a lot cheaper than its rivals (£60 for the year) . The app itself is easy to use with lots of information. Customer service is exceptional. I needed to contact them vie email. They responded to me within a day (this was on the weekend) and even sent another email to check I was happy with the response. Definately worth the money and glad I didn’t go for a more expensive option!! Well done YESOUL.

Great communication . I was worried the bike would be delayed but it took all of 15 days. I received updates along the way leading up to delivery! The assembly was super easy and quick! I’m enjoying the bike

Great quality bike, the screen swayed me to go with Yesoul and happy I did. Was more then i initially budgeted for but I knew I would be more inclined to use it with the screen. Love being able to watch Tv while I spin but also like being able to watch the classes as i definitely work harder. Had the bike nearly 2 weeks, used daily and gone from struggling to do 15 minutes to being able to do 45 had a higher intensity already during the classes. have the bike upstairs in my bedroom and its silent, doesn't bother anyone below

I’ve been really happy with my Yesoul fitness bike so far. It’s very easy to use and set up, and the ride itself feels smooth and stable, whether I’m doing a light session or a more intense workout

What stood out to me as well is the customer support. They were responsive and helpful when I had a question, which makes a big difference compared to other fitness brands.

Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a reliable, user-friendly & well priced indoor bike

I unfortunately had a faulty plug connection that delayed me being able to use my bike. I got in contact with customer service and they resolved it straight away and sent me out a new plug in great time.

We love our new bike! Easy and quick set up once we received it. Customer service has been great answering any questions we have had! Will definitely be suggesting to family and friends!

1. Shipping took much longer than anticipated. HOWEVER, when I emailed the company, they responded right away. After the initial contact, they checked in every few days, and I started receiving shipping updates.
2. Bike is sturdy. I hook up my iPhone to the monitor for screen mirroring to play YouTube videos / cycling workouts. Like that the upper left hand corner keeps track of your progress (no matter what you are watching): calories, time, tension, and speed. Haven't tried the app/monthly service yet.
3. The knob for tension is a little slow to respond--you will need to turn it more than is intuitive to adjust tension. But, for the price, I can deal with it.
4. Really like that it is NOT clip-in pedals. You just put your shoes in the cages and go.
5. I ordered the seat cushion to put over the standard seat. Both my husband and I are comfortable riding with it on.

The bike is great, delivered the next day when ordering. Customer service has been good with any questions or challenges I have had.
