Good eSIM app
Good eSIM app. The mobile service that i got was pretty neat, so no complaints there. Just that, I didn’t get the joining bonus amount for high they had promised. I communicated with them but to no avail so far.

I had an issue with the activation link and the customer service has been EXCELLENT.
There is an app that you can install for easy access to all tools.

Non-functional service – no refund
I paid 42 EUR for a YESSIM eSIM that never worked at all. The eSIM could not be used despite following all activation instructions. No service was provided.
I requested a full refund, but so far the issue has not been resolved. Payment was successfully completed, but the service was completely non-functional.

€29 minimum activation charge for Pay&Fly ??? Never!…
After hearing being recommended from a friend who had used YESIM, I signed up for YESIM. I tried to buy Pay&Fly option and it demanded €29 to Activate.
My friend who recommended YESIM in 2025 could activate Pay&Fly for only €10.
I will NEVER pay €29 to “test” a service that I read had negative reviews about its roaming performance.

Inconsistent Policy Application - Disappointed
I’ve been a Yesim customer and had both positive and negative experiences.
Previously, the support team was helpful and converted my unused data to Ycoins, which I appreciated. However, when I requested the same service for my remaining 6GB of data from my Iraq eSIM plan (expiring Feb 2026), they refused - despite having done this exact conversion for me before.
The inconsistency in applying their own policies is frustrating. If conversions are possible sometimes, they should be available consistently. Customer service should not depend on which representative responds.
I cannot recommend Yesim until they standardize their policies and treat all customers fairly.
