Please do not purchase any items from this company! I ordered a fluffy bedding duvet cover set in November and received a set of very tacky headphones a few months later. Despite sending them numerous emails, I was fobbed off constantly and was told that my parcel had reached its destination (which it hadn’t!). After requesting a refund or a replacement, I was told that this was impossible because they no longer had the item in stock. They offered me a €50 voucher although I am sure that this is yet another scam! Extremely disappointed!

My story is the exact same as everyone else. In November I bought a comforter set through their Instagram and. I was sent cheap headphones that did work instead of what I ordered. Complained via email and then send they would resend my item. The second package was mysteriously "lost in the mail."
Mind you I kept emailing and asking where the package was and getting a response back of "it's on its way, be patient." ... No joke.
So, obviously I ask for my money back at this time and instead they offer me "$50" in store credit to buy their "quality goods". I decline the offer stating that I want a full refund of 39.99. they have the audacity to say that they take $10 put for service fees... What service are you even providing? Still on the look out for my refund...

SCAMMERS!!!! I ordered a bed set Black Friday 2018, I received fake beats a month and a half later!! Emailed them and they said they would resend my order and lied AGAIN!! Pathetic people!!!

The only reason Iam giving them a 1 star is because I can’t put 0 this website sucks you buy there items and they don’t send it to you. This seams like a scam to me . I bought 2 different size beddings in Nov and they claim it was delivered. It never was . So they wouldn’t give me back my refund and I was going back and forth for weeks to try to get my refund back. They said they would resend my items again so I agreed. Now it’s feb 18 and I’ve been tracking my packages. And this is what I got today . Saying my package again was lost . . Don’t buy from this company

Yeahsavevip.com is a thieving scam of an enterprise that set out to deliberately market products they're unwilling or incapable of delivering, debit the unsuspecting buying customer's account and leave nothing but a tracking number that is tantamount to a wild goose chase.

I ordered a dozen items of clothing for charity and have since received nothing, zilch, nada: no explanations, no order fulfillment, no refund.

Buyer, beware. This shop, site and promoter called Yeahsavevip or YSVIP is a blatant scam site.

Same here I ordered a comforter set 39.99 and received ear phones for two left ears I tried emailing them and keep getting the run around.COMPLETE SCAM!!

I ordered a coat on 15th December they said it was delivered on 24th December yes that is right but not to My house they said they will send another coat give me a tracking number it's been in london 6 days I live in London and it still didn't come theyet are scammers stay well clear.

This site is a total scam. I ordered a suit $29.99. Never received it. Never got a reply from them. Contacted my bank will soon be trying to sue. Please do not buy from this site.

My story is the same as everyone else. Paid $34.99 on 11/23/18 for a comforter set.
Got cheap ear buds instead. Then it is resent and gets lost in the mail. I’m not buying anything else from Instagram ads. This is the second time i was scammed.

I ordered the faux fur bed sheet set, money was taken out of my bank and i noticed that the company name was YEDAOTECHNO. i got skeptical, so i tried to email them through their support email support @ yeahsavevip.com, but the email was undelivered and it bounced back. after 3 weeks of waiting, i stil didnt receive any tracking number. so i disputed the amount through my bank and they temporarily returned my money. Then earlier this January i got this fake Dr. Dre beats wireless earpiece, i though it was the free gift that chose from Wish.com when i signed up. but it still didnt sit right with me. after reading the reviews here, it turns out that it was the package that was sent to me instead of the faux fur bedsheet set. Now it make sense when i saw that Yedao Techno company. that company sells technologies and yeahsavevip was a scam after all. the other day, Jan. 29, 2019 i received a letter from my bank that my dispute was denied and they take my money out again. i was so mad but i will dispute it again and show these reviews as evidence that it was a scam. I COULDNT EVEN OPEN THE WEBSITE ANYMORE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I, like another customer, ordered the faux fur bed set for 30 dollars. The money was taken out of my account the next day. It took 3 weeks for these crappy dr. Dre knockoffs to come in. I sent them an email saying I got the wrong product and wanted the correct one. They gave me another tracking number. I waited 3 more weeks for NOTHING to come in. Gave my post office the tracking number and they said it didnt exist. These guys are scammers. I hope others look at the reviews before buying unlike me. Turning this site into the better business bureau now.

By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are lazy and incompetent. They sent the wrong item, took forever to respond and now they have the audacity to now offer a refund, minus a 'service charge.'

1 is a push to be honest I'm completely disgusted and so upset found this website via Instagram so assumed it would be legit ordered the faux fur bedding paying almost £50 back in NOVEMBER and still haven't received it after reading a few of the reviews I realise I too have been sent counterfeit fake "Beats"headphones I'm currently speaking with them via email and will try anything I can to get this scam artist website shut down. Completely and utterly disgusted

I ordered the faux fur bed set for 30 dollars, never received any shipping information after two weeks. I requested an update on their website through the contact us section and never got a response. So after a couple days I replied to the email asking for my money back. They replied with a tracking number and after waiting another 3 weeks I received super low quality “Dr Dre” beats head phones. I again responded to the email asking for my money back with pictures showing what I ordered and what I got and I received a response in Chinese basically saying I can’t reply to the email. This website is a scam. DO NOT BUY.

Scam! Attracting customers with low prices and finally it comes as a conepletely different package which probably cost $1.

I placed an order for a comforter for my queen sized bed. The next day the money was taken out of my bank account. After a week and a half, no tracking information was available on the website. I reached out to the company, which is only able to be reached via email and they responded two days later and said it would be shipping soon. Two weeks after that, still nothing. Emailed again, saying now I want my money back because it was taking way too long and it was ridiculous they said it had already come to my house and gave my a fake tracking number. I never received anything. I told them it was a fake tracking number and I wanted my money back. They then told me I should contact the postal service and ask them to find it. At this time it has now been over 3 months I finally just received my $34.99 back, after going back and forth with them.
