Scam. Took my money and didn't deliver

Ordered adjustable weights back in April, showed that it was on the move somewhere in Shanghai. Waited little bit, reached out to them, they didn't respond for a while. Finally they did, and showed something was moving. But when it got delivered, IT WAS A CHEAP PAIR OF SUNGLASSES!! I contacted them and informed them they sent wrong item, thru insisted that there was nothing wrong. Long story short, they got me for $70, this is just all kinds of wrong, is there not anything that can be done? It's so wrong people taking hard working folks money. Any advice?

Yeah; I wish I could attach photos to this review. I ordered dumbbells on April 19th, today is August 28th. Incompetent ass HAS communicated back and forth through email, but it's all BS. Save your mfin' time, and most of all. Your money. God damn scam. Gonna put this in the Better Business Bureau's hands. I've had it. Robbed. I'd give them a negative star rating, were it possible.

Took 3 months to get to me, ordered handweights, but instead got a fidget spinner. They continue to argue with me and beat around the bush. This company has a fake address in different country but are in China. I wish was something legal I could do against them. They stole $60 from me.

I ordered a pair of Dumbbells and 3 months later got a dollar tree kids toy. How can we fight this????? This is ridiculous. They are playing games and stealing from ppl! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

With a 0 star I would rate this website. Like others, I ordered a bet set and received USED HEADSET. Imagine how much money they have stolen from all of us. >_<

I bougt a blanket set for my wife In2018... They dont send it to me and they keep my money too. This is the worst webshop ever.....Blody Bulshit

I really wanted to put no star to this scam but there is no the possibility.
We ordered on January one jacket to come to Greece, pair of hands free set arrived. I contacted them and they re-sent the jacket. I never received the jacket and I asked them for a refund. After two months I write them again for a refund as nothing happened.
Complete scam, avoid buying even for 1 euro from this cheat.
I wish that they have all the diseases of this world on them as a punishment to what they do. Cheaters, a complete scam to steal money.

I ordered a comforter on November 2018 & never received the comforter or my money back. When I asked for a refund they kept telling me to give more time & now they are not even responding to my email. This a scam company & took everyone money. I wish if there a way to sue them, do anybody know?

Do not use this company, the seller sent wrong item which I receved 3 months after i placed my order, it was a fraction of the price I paid for my item and they have promised a refund for the past 3 months, I have sent them at least 30 e- mails, there customer service is just

I ordered a bed set for Christmas 2018 back in the early part of November! I received a headset! Then they reshipped the item in January! I never received anything even though they send me this tracking number that suggested that the package made it to my local post office and then BOOM this supposedly large bed set box vanished! Lost in mail is what the tracking said! Ugh! All along my daughter is still waiting on her Christmas gift!! Then they wanted to compensate me with a $50 gift voucher for other merchandise from their many web sites! I said no thanks and requested a full refund! That was in February 25, 2019 and I’m still waiting on my refund! Last request for refund was 9 days ago and the reply they sent said “be patient”

SCAM!!! Never received my item, I received a pair of bogus fake beats headphones randomly in the mail though and some socks with a cat flipping you off.

Ordered a £39.95 duvet cover set, it didn't arrive. Got in touch with seller, they pledged to have sent out another, that didn't arrive either. Have now put this down as a scam. Do not touch this company.

I Order suite for 35USD but received hand set for 12USD and confirming due to Black Friday the order was changed, later they have confirmed your money will refund. but still there is no refund for past 2 months. No responses also. Order No -YV41990

Scammer!!! Over 3 months and talk about rip off!They are from China. I ordered a faux fur bed set End it did not arrive for Christmas. It said it had been delivered but it hadn't I asked for a refund and they said they would ship it out again I follow the tracking all the way to my town and that's where it got suspicious. The information on the tracking was Miss spelled N first it said it was out for delivery and then said it was processing so I took the information to the local post office and they said it was nowhere in the national database and that I had been scammed. So I tried to further get a refund and they kept sending me to a different website to buy items I did not want and I told them why would I order from them when my first order never arrived. I wanted to refund. To this day they have not issued a refund and they are no longer communicating with me
