Fast and efficient service

Fast and efficient service. Convenient ordering system with customer support that helped make theb sales process go quickly and efficiently. I was able to make additions to an order via an easy communication system. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience/service

Not only wrong grill was sent, the box it came in was retaped with different color tape on one end as if i got someone elses return. Box was also open on one side and damaged. I refused the package and sent it back, now they are processing refund less 30% restocking fee ??!! Stay away from this vendor!!

After thorough verification and communication, your claim that we shipped the wrong product is inaccurate. We did not send any incorrect items. The package damage was caused by rough handling during shipping, but the product itself was not damaged. Your review is biased.

customer service exceeded my expectations!

During assembly of the lettering to the grille I had accidentally stripped out the back of the lettering. So be careful when threading the screws into the plastic lettering. When I reached out to the company they responded in a timely manner & not only did they offer to resolve my problem by sending me new lettering they also acted out of good will & included the lights. Despite this minor set back, their customer service exceeded my expectations!

This company has been very patient and…

This company has been very patient and very understanding. I bought a new grill for my car and bought the wrong one. I emailed as soon as I found out and the company had my back the whole time. Normally I hate ordering online because of situations like this but they made me feel so good and very helpful. I’ll definitely buy here again !10/10 recommend
