Good customer service

The first grill showed up with broken mounting tabs from shipping, after a few emails back and forth Ycarpart agreed to send out a new grill. Good customer service and a good quality product.

Great experience!

I bought the Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO Style Grill Front Grille with LED Lights, the item shipped promptly and arrived in one week. The part was exactly as described on the website and installation was easy. I had forgotten to order a part but was able to work with customer service (Stella) who was very attentive to my needs. I would recommend YcarPart for quality parts, great customer service and fast shipping.

Thank you for your feedback. None of our products come with paper installation instructions. However, most products have related installation tutorial videos on their product pages. If your product doesn't, it may be a new item for which we haven't provided installation references yet. You can search for related information on YouTube or seek help from a professional for installation.

Canceled My Order Instead of Shipping It

Ordered a car grille because the website says orders ship in 1–2 days. After not receiving any shipment notification, I reached out on the third day and was only then told they were busy and it would ship in 3–5 days. On the fifth day I asked for a realistic estimate, and instead they simply canceled my order and refunded it. Very poor communication.

Thank you for your feedback. In your email, you wrote: "If shipping were going to take an additional 5 business days or more, then I would prefer to proceed with a cancellation. However, if the order can still be shipped within a reasonable timeframe, I would like to keep the order active and have it shipped."
At that time, our warehouse was on break. After evaluating the shipping timeline, we determined that we would not be able to meet the 5-day shipping requirement. Therefore, upon receiving your email, we immediately informed you and processed the cancellation without further delay. We do not believe there was any issue with our communication or handling of the matter.

Even though the part delivered was not the correct part, ycarparts replied promptly and was extremely helpful. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend others to do so.

Just to add

Just to add, yes your parts are cheaper but they were also delivered damaged because it’s cheap plastic and then when I reached out to them they informed me I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee even though the part was delivered damaged to me how does that even make sense ? Please stay away from them it’s a rip off

We have verified the following: First, prior to this review, you never informed us through any after-sales channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone) that your product was damaged. This review is the first time we have seen you raise this issue with us. Second, you have not provided any photos or videos as evidence of the problem. Furthermore, since we were unaware of the product damage until now, we would never state that a damaged product return would require a restocking fee. If the product you received is indeed faulty, please email our customer service team with relevant proof, and we will be more than willing to resolve the issue for you, as it would be our responsibility. However, if you are distorting the facts and making false accusations out of malice, we will treat this as a malicious review.

Great experience with ycarpart.ca

Great experience with ycarpart.ca. the best price I got for this period. Checked everywhere for this grill. All of them where twice the price of what I bought from here. This was not only cheap but also had lights. That's a steal.Would recommend this website. And would surely buy more stuffs from this.

Solid value for the money

Solid value for the money. The grille feels quality, not cheap. Just a heads up - there's no paper manual in the box. I found their install video on YouTube though and got the grille on myself pretty easily. I'm not exactly a mechanic, so if I can do it, you'll be fine.

Never received part and no one responds it’s a scam

Order #YCP17822 sent two emails about it one on the 20th and one on Saturday no response even tried using the contact system on the page and nothing either.

Great Experience

Ordered a Ford grille but saw a different style I liked more. The new one cost more, but when I messaged Jason, he actually swapped it for me without charging the difference! seriously amazing service. The grille quality is just as good as the help I got.

Good parts quality and made the car look so much more aggressive.

Part dimensions and fitment are nice and tight. Bracket and connector locations are all in the right place and was pretty easy to install. I did have one small issue with one of the bumper sensor mounts but was very easily corrected. Overall the parts quality is good and was a straightforward installation experience. Will definitely buy from them again when I need aftermarket parts.
