Clear winner amongst other similar solutions
I have used Marker.io and Bugherd in the past and I am sticking with yBug for various reasons - very generous free plan, paid plans are reasonable, tight integration with Trello and ease of use in terms of installation *and* for end users ti interact with. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have bug tracking/reporting capabilities without breaking the bank.

Ybug rocks!
Ybug is very neat. Although we don't get much feedback, when we have it really helped. We could see what the user was referring to and where this was together with details about their environment, making the whole process of fixing bugs much smoother and faster. I would imagine that for large, high traffic websites, this would be pure gold but even for toddlers like mine, it showed itself to be a great app that really reduces friction for site owners and developers. Well worth trying.
