I wanted to call a hotline in the UK from Singapore and when I tried there was no dial pad and hence my 5 dollars top up were essentially wasted. However, I then messaged the support and they replied within 24 hours, added the feature and topped up my money. I would assume the feature was already in planning, but still incredible support. If they treat their customers like this continuously, they will get big no doubt about it.
