I want to give a Mega Thank You to the several people who helped me set up their VOIP service. I owe an apology for the unnecessary requests for help after learning that the several glitches that I experienced were totally within my modem router/telephone equipment. In a day where many corporations no longer have live technical support, nor chat support, nor email support, rather only an AI voice support that can’t address your issue half the time, I am so grateful to the Yay team. In forty years of dealing with technical support the only other company that comes close to Yay is the Apple corporation!

Lovely Charlie held my hand over the phone and did everything for me. I've no idea what a voip is, nor do I care, but apparently I need one in my life. I recently had the pleasure of utilising the services of Yay, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer support. From the moment I reached out to them, their team demonstrated genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to resolving my concerns.
In particular, I had an issue with my account and international calling, and the customer support representative, Rowan, went above and beyond to provide a clear and comprehensive explanation. Their expertise and patience were truly commendable and made me feel valued as a customer.
What's more, Yay proved that they prioritise the security of their customers, as they suspected fraudulent activity on my account. Although it turned out to be a false alarm, I am genuinely grateful for their proactive approach and robust protection system. It's reassuring to know that my personal data is safe and secure with them.
While I ultimately had to seek another service provider due to time constraints, I am confident that I will return to Yay once their international calling features are updated. Their exceptional customer support and dedication to security make them a top choice in the market.

As a company looking for a VOIP solution, we were shopping around and came across Yay.com which initially looked very promising. The dashboard is quite intuitive and provides different avenues to explore on a limited trial before you commit to buying any package.
However, as of this morning (27/09/24), the account has been locked "because reasons" after me giving them a call to query why this had been closed. We started our trial on 26/09/24 and was amazed to find that 16h later the account was locked.
The company then wanted a bunch of personal details to get the account unlocked so we could continue on with the trial. I simply stated on the call that this was unacceptable and not a brilliant start for someone trialling their software. Had they of asked for this information after the trial, then I would be more open to the idea. I appreciate that people could use this platform maliciously, but you are restricted to (I think) 15 minutes of free calls until you need to purchase more (or a package).
Would recommend anyone looking for a VOIP solution to look at other alternatives.

I am very happy with the service. It's straightforward to set up yourself, and unlike other companies, there is no need for a degree to figure out the settings.
I had the pleasure of working with Junaid, and his customer service was exceptional. His timely and polite responses, whether via email or phone, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He demonstrated a keen understanding of respecting boundaries and timelines, ensuring everything stayed on track. Junaid went above and beyond, not only helping us get set up on the platform but also taking the time to ensure we fully understood the products and how the platform works. His dedication and professionalism are truly commendable.
Rowan Oscar was brilliant - I am not savy and pretty bad with technology. Rowan helped me fix a complex issue with my account. He guided me with simple to follow step by step instructions and when I made a mistake or misunderstood something he was incredibly patient and polite. If I was in his situation, I wouldn't be able to do that. His product knowledge and problem solving skills are exceptional.
We recently switched to Yay. Junaid Teladia and Dom were both helpful and professional in setting up. I was assured to contact them should we have any issues. Highly recommended.

Decided to move to VOIP and Yay was recommended. Despite being a techie myself, the terminology was confusing. So many acronyms. I emailed the Help@ and received quick and concise advice. I then had further difficulties getting the final connection made and a phone call to Yay resulted in terrific active assistance which solved the issue. Thank you to Dom and Penny.

I recently moved a landline to VOIP with Yay. I was lost in terms of setup and was lucky enough to get through to Rowan. He understood exactly what was needed and was so friendly, patient and helpful getting everything done which I could never have managed on my own. With some apprehension, I decided to move my landline phone to VOIP. My Fibre provider recommended yay.com. I checked out their website and found that they offered a 14-day free trial which I took up. I found the connection and voice quality to be fine. I then raised a support ticket to get the details for configuring my router to handle the telephone connection. I received a very quick reply (from Dom) who not only gave me the details to configure my router (and pointed out that this information is available in the Dashboard) but then went on to advise other things to consider and configure to make the smooth transition of my land line number. An excellent level of support which is unusual to find from most organisations. I wholeheartedly recommend yay.com
