Following on from a problem with my Grandstream Phone, Connor was super helpful. My first call to yay was to say when I put someone on hold. I can’t get them back. Connor helped me update the firmware 3 times. Very patiently. And we got a fix. Yay.com is very good. My whole team find them a pleasure to deal with. Things don’t go wrong often. But when they do. They fix it.
Rowan was very helpful with my voicemail issue Today. Great job!

Setup Yay a/c to old landline number today with help from customer service. While I couldn't work out from the website how to do this my customer service call was efficient in helping me get connected. Very pleased with this service and look forward to using extra features of VoIP in future.

Been with these guys for years. Don't need support very often, but then you do, they are fantastic and go the extra mile to help you out. Junked is a superstar and walked me through everything I needed to do when we lost our online phonebook. In fact, he improved how our whole setup was configured so that it would be easier to onboard new users.
