We had a great experience choosing our worktop & splash back. Abi was excellent in helping us to choose by showing the full slab not just a tiny sample. They managed to template on a Tuesday and fit on Friday. A good price when compared to the usual kitchen shops and a good range of styles. Definitely recommend Y and S.

Mine was not an especially complicated or unusual request for a quartz kitchen counter. Nonetheless the people we spoke with were very helpful on the phone about the options. The person who did the templating and fitting was excellent.

The experience was spoiled by some poor communication at one point and multiple change of delivery dates but they then came through very rapidly and delivered/fitted my quartz worktop within a couple of weeks.

Great customer service, really quick and responsive. The worktop itself is amazing - looks brilliant, cut out perfectly and by far the cheapest quote. 100% recommend.

Amit from start to finish was great very helpful always willing to please, only issue was fitters came a day early which we weren’t ready for. Amit was willing to tell the guys to go home and come back the following day if we really wanted.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Amit and then subsequently by his surveyor and fitters. The quality of the quartz provided was excellent and the price was extremely competitive. The time it took from measurements to fitting was 4 days which was great. We can not say enough about the fitters or praise them highly enough. They fitted over 9 metres of quartz across 5 areas including 2 sinks and a hob in just over 2 hours. The finished product is excellent. They worked incredibly hard and wouldnt even stop for a cup of tea!

I have always ran into Y&S when I am in need of a help and they have always supported my client and showroom. They solve issues, they communicate and they work very hard with the showrooms.

The fitting is never delayed and done to high standards.

I am pleased with my worktops but the customer service is not brilliant. There is a lack of communication that needs addressing. I was not advised what time the fitting would be. Had to ring up to find out. The worst thing was I ordered a lovely tap from the company as advised by Abi ()who was lovely) but it was manufactured in Germany which means you will need further UK fittings - not a problem normally but the worktop fitters put the worktops on without the tap going inside. Therefore a terrible time trying to fit the tap as the gap behind was so tiny. Anyway just a warning to others. Do your research.

Abi at Y&S Marble was a wonderful contact to deal with. I am still slightly surprised at how smooth and easy the whole process was. Despite being under very tight deadlines, everything was sorted very swiftly and to a high level of attention. Abi was always available to speak on the phone and the process of choosing the right stone was easy. Mohammed came to template and helped me choose my final colour.
This company was recommended to me, and I would recommend them whenever I can. Not only was their service wonderful, their prices were the best I got.

This company was recommended by a relative ,as their prices were the best for kitchen worktops and we saved almost £2000 then other quotes for the same work tops
It’s been two years since we had our work tops installed, recently the filling came out of the joint and a gap started to show between two joints.
Sent them email with picture and I got a call within 30 minutes to say they would send someone to fix it.
they sent their staff and its all fixed without a fuss .
The staff were very helpful ,polite and cleaned up the mess after they finished
This is how all companies need to be.
