Your instructions need to be more detailed. I had changed a electronic clutch on a Cub Cadet before, absolutely no issues. I ordered this clutch from you for a John Deere 345 lawn tractor. I used the OEM part number to match up to you clutch.
-1st problem was there was no keyway slot in your clutch. Your key was poured/machined integral to the sleeve. I had to cut the OEM key on the lawn mower to get it to work
-2ndly what is a "OEM non-rotation device"? This device had to be reused for the new clutch installation. After further investigation, it is a peg that hangs down from under the mower, and it needs to engage a hole in your clutch. A illustration of some type would go a long way to explaining this simple detail

Other than that the clutch is in, and is functioning properly

I tried an other company first but there clutch locked machine and said it wasn' installed properly HA HA HA. They also denied it was there clutch and would not take it back.

Your clutch was so easy to install especially since videos and other info was available. It basically was the same operation. There was no difference.

I am telling all my lawncare companies to avoid Ox clutch forever. And use Xtremepoe if they replace clutches.

The overall product is great. The design of the replacement unit for the Cub Cadet 1550, however, is not optimal in terms of the placement of the electrical pigtail. On the original manufacturers unit the plug comes out of the side, not the top of the case. On your unit, depending on which slot the unit is placed on the holder tab on the tractor, the cord has to wrap around the pulleys and is a little short for an easy connection. I needed to install a metal clip to keep the cord tight up and away from the pulleys that hopefully work long term to keep the cord from coming into contact with the drive pulley.
