They sent me the wrong anti-rotation pin for my cub cadet. After a couple email exchanges then they blocked my email address. I’ve never heard of such a thing, if that’s how they handle their problems never buy anything from them.

RUN! They took my money and now I can;t get a refund for an unused part
Review by Anonymous User ordered a PTO Clutch from this company and upon realizing it was the wrong clutch (my mistake) I reached out to send it back to which they were very helpful. A week later I looked at the tracking and I can see that the item was received by the vendor. No refund issued. Tried to write an email inquiring about getting a refund as I literally opened the box and didn't even take the warranty sticker off (clearly unused) and was notified that my email is "blocked" So I guess I have to eat an almost $250 expense? These people are clowns do not give them your money. You will get robbed! Thanks losers! Hope you see this :)

I will preface this by saying nothing was wrong with the part I ordered itself. It was delivered fairly quick. The problem was I had tried to cancel this order minutes after I had made the order. I had a dispute opened with a more local company for the same part and essentially as I clicked to order on Extremeope, the dispute was resolved (This is not EOPE's fault). The issue was dealing with them after. I called immediately to cancel the order I was told to call back in 30 minutes. I called back in 30 minutes and was told the order cannot be cancelled it can only be returned after being shipped out. So now on top of receiving the item along with duties paid on top, I cannot get a hold of anyone to return the item and get refunded. As it stands I would not recommend ordering from this company. I know me ordering is not their fault however I feel (also as a business owner) that a simple call or email to the warehouse would have stopped this from being sent out.

Attempted to cancel an order 2 hours after I placed it due to troubleshooting the real problem. Sent multiple messages begging them to not ship as there is no cancel order option. It has to be done through their internal messaging and email systems. Requests were ignored, unresponsive and radio silence from them for 2 days. The order shipped a day later despite my almost immediate requests to not and is now on its way. Judging from the other reviews I am not hopeful for a good outcome here for a part I do not need.

Replaced the PTO on my 322, perfect fit, appears to be a heavy duty unit.

I repowered my garden tractor with a more current version of the engine that was in the tractor and it required several changes, including a different clutch. I called customer service and spoke with Eric, who was very friendly and helpful getting me the technical specs and measurements I needed to make sure I was ordering the right clutch and the right engine. After the purchase, the clutch arrived in three days.

Prior to this purchase, and prior to repowering the tractor with a new engine, I replaced the original clutch with an XtremeOPE unit and it functioned flawlessly for three years. These clutches are very well engineered and I was impressed with the machined pulley and beefy design.

I'm very happy with XtremeOPE - their products, customer service, and fast shipping.

Product arrived promptly, after installation product functioned well. Installation was a little more difficult than anticipated (I have a difficult time aligning key in clutch with keyway in shaft.) Product is a great value. I will purchase another one in the need arises.

The product is great, the instructions were clear and the delivery was super quick. I am in Australia and still only took about 10 days. Well done Xtreme.

Returned the clutch I paid $396.00 for and got a $35.00 refund! Very pissed off!

Have used my new clutch just once but can already tell that it's engages a lot better than the original on my mower. The Xtreme Clutch is extremely well built and rugged compared to the original. It will be tough to go with anything else besides Xtreme in the future.

Received my in a timely manner. The part fit great. The only problem I had was the website was hard to navigate, had to call to get the right part

I needed a pto clutch for my 60" zero turn mower. It had been backordered through the dealer for over 4 months. I found the Xtreme website and they had one in stock and at way over half the cost of the OEM clutch. I was kinda hesitant at first but went ahead and ordered it anyway. Super fast shipping. The clutch was very easy to Install and fit perfectly. I've only used it once so far but it seems to work great.

This was a pleasant experience. I ordered the wrong part and contacted them. They sent me a return shipping label to return the incorrect part as they shipped the correct part to me. Once I received the new part I had a few questions and their technical assistant was very well informed and was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company for any of your needs.

Clutch pto, worked fine for my old John Deere!

I live in Australia and I ordered a PTO clutch for my Toro Zero turn commercial mower on the 17-12-21 and it was delivered within 10days.
Impressive..... considering the lead up to Xmas, the pricing including conversion rate and postal charges was well under what I can purchase in Australia.
