I ordered some touch up paint, when it arrived I used it immediately, the colour wasn't even nearly the same. I tried to make contact twice but got ignored completely, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WITH ANY LUCK THEY WILL SHUT UP SHOP AND DO EVERTONE A MASSIVE FAVOUR!

on Amazon. 1. Seller gave me false tracking number (it was used to deliver the item more than a year ago.)
2. Item was not delivered on time also.

Reported to Amazon customer service and also going to leave bad sellers feedback. So many bad reviews and no one contacted government organisations. I did and I am not going to leave it.

Ordered a pack of extreme auto paint, base coat, primer and laquer .Received 2 different branded paints asked to return for refund as not as described. The company refused to pay for return postage as they said that the paints were manufactured by extremeauto but were not branded as such

Arrived damaged with paint spilt all over the wrapping. Contacted them but have had no confirmation when or if I will get a refund or replacement

Absolutely appalling company, ordered some touch up paint from them via Amazon, gave them all the information needed to match the car paint, product arrived and when opened the paint had leaked everywhere and was completely unusable

Contacted them only to be told : "give it a wipe"

I was appalled so contacted Amazon and started a return only to find out that you had to pay for return postage and had to contact them to get authority for them to pay for the return postage

On sending them the photos of the damage I assumed it was a formality that they would agree to pay postage for the return

Their response was : "did you see my previous reply?"

What a joke ! Iv reported them to Amazon and am waiting a reply to get a full refund

very poor customer service. item arrived broken they asked me why i didnt just sellotape it back together like any other customer would do. i had to explain that customers wouldnt just tape the broken item together but would return the item as we expect to receive the item as its described in the ad. these guys do not understand customer service or basic ethics so avoid at all costs

Never buy anything from them. They will take your money and will never respond.

Item ordered was not delivered . Company refused to meet its obligations under the Sale of Goods Act.

Been waiting for my order for 2 weeks; when contacted I was told I should wait and that the item will eventually show up. This "company" is refusing to refund me and its just an absolute joke. Avoid

Ordered touch up paint .
Never arrived and after complaining was told not there fault but courier at blame.
No refund or replacement as yet two weeks later.

I cannot fault the service and communication it was second to none. Once again Royal Mail failed to deliver! why anyone would want to use them is beyond me.
The team sorted out my non delivery asap and used Yodel which took 2 days to deliver amazing Comms and service. I have no problem in recommending the team at Auto Extreme.

Placed order on Thursday last week and seat covers arrived on Tuesday they are perfect no problem from start to finish I would 100% recommend this company thanks extreme auto I will be using your company again. Price was brilliant and 100% happy

This is a SCAM, stay away from this "Company". Ordered from them, quickly received an email saying the order had been shipped while it was still showing on their website that it hadn't. Contacted them mentioning that and asking for the tracking number and they said they've lost it (Should be right on their DPD account) and that they would resend the products. I've asked them explicitly to send me the new tracking number which they never sent and, of course, none of the 2 "shipments" ever happened. Had to file a complaint with Paypal to get a refund. Also, a very similar situation happened to a friend of mine who mentioned this website to me.

Do not use this company!!
They send completely different parts to what you have ordered, don't even apologise for this when you contact them about it and make you send the parts back to them for a refund, at your cost!
They refuse to refund your return postage costs, leaving you out of pocket for their mistake- and they don't care one bit!!

I ordered wheel trims for my daughter’s car and having registered with my mobile telephone number, subsequently received a text message telling me they’d been dispatched. A week later, with no sign of the wheel trims, I phoned up to try and trace the package only to be told that the wheel trims were out of stock and I had been emailed and offered an alternative. The chap seemed rather bemused when told I’d never given my email address and couldn’t explain why I had received a text telling me my purchase had been dispatched. My consolation was that I had paid by PayPal, so I knew I was safeguarded but to be fair, the chap processed my refund immediately. However, it’s rather annoying, less than one week later, to see the same wheel trims advertised for sale, despite supposedly being out of stock.

Excellent paint products & helpful people. Very Impressed with the service I have received.

Ordered touch up spray paint, it arrived a couple of days later. The colour matched perfectly. Will definitely order from them in future.

They are making a killing on the postage charges. Was charged £3.99 for something probably costing £2 at most.
Cannot confirm as still awaiting items, emails ignored have now contacted PayPal

Bought a five piece car mat set to include one rear foot rest rubber piece that can be cut to size. They sent a hard rubber piece, shorter than advertised, in two bits stuck together that wouldn't bend over the foot rest and couldn't be cut. Only asked them for the correct piece. Attitude appalling. Communication crap. Could have bought a £10 set instead of theirs at £17....scammers.
