Absolute farce of a company! I bought touchup paint for my car - I gave them the correct colour (I checked with Ford). The colour they sent is several shades darker than the Ford colour - absolute Horlicks! Customer service is non existent - I've messaged them on 4 separate occasions without reply...

ordered paint and part of the order arrived damaged. They promised a replacement to part of the order but after lots of chasing I gave up and disputed the cost via my credit card company who should be able to get some or all of it back. Poor service

No concern for customers , sell inferior china products which are not fit for purpose.
Brought a brake cleaner spray bottle lasted just over a month now leaks and seals have perished ... tried contacting the bell, end !! but nothing ,,,, useless waste of a human ... properly a spoilt child who thinks customers dont matter .... idiot

Took 5 days to send the wrong paint asked for photos of the paperwork and car and then the bench day wanted the vehicle reg again finally offered a replacement have asked for my money back

I received my order but the paint can head spray was detached and not working.
I emailed the help line twice and another email address seeking a replacement with no response.

Very poor experience even through Amazon. Item broken on arrival and absolutely no response from Xtreme.

After some perseverance, Amazon have refunded all my expenses. I would encourage the countless other victims of these scammers to do likewise. If Amazon get enough requests, hopefully this company will be taken off marketplace.

Scammers. Do not trust, sent me a package which was leaking and broken. Communication non existent, additionally I bought through Amazon and I’m unable to get my money back or a replacement

WE PAID £10. For supposedly touch up paint matched to my light green Kia. First they sent very very dark green. After complaining they sent an emerald green. Neither anything like my car. Attempts to try again. No response from them or Amazon. Disgusting service.

Ordered touch up paint for my renault,
Said they would match by car Reg.
Colour was nowhere near matching, what a waste of time.

Ordered some RAL spray paint from them and the colour is wrong. Contacted them straightaway and took few days to response then said they would send me the replacement. Few days passed, no replacement, no contact anymore no matter how many emails to send them to chase. Even called them and no one answers the phone. I am now stuck with my project because of no correct spray paint to use. AVOID!!! Not sure why they have 99% feedback on ebay but 1.4 stars on trustpilot? I should check with trustpilot first.

Bought colour match paint6 months apart - they were completely different- shall not be using them again

Ordered paint from Xtremeauto uk trough Amazon and received a different colour to the one ordered. Sent the paint back expecting a replacement or a refund. Sent several emails to the company but no reply. I am now 22 euro out of pocket.

Wish I'd have read the reviews before i had ordered. Ordered a can of paint from them on ebay & received no receipt? Tried to contact them without success plus my order is not showing on Ebay?
Definitely a bunch of scammers. Now having to do a cash back from my bank.

SCAMMER - One star is too many, they are scammers, don’t buy anything from them. They do not send the products you order, in fact the don’t send you anything and ignore requests for a refund. I purchased from Amazon and there is no come back as they are a third party company.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I bought from this company through Amazon and received the wrong item and just keep getting let lied to and don't think I'll ever get my money back, avoid this company like the plague

Terrible. Avoid. If I could give zero stars I would. Item never arrived, so I chased via email. Their customer service is a gmail account (red flag number 1) and despite them saying via email that the item had been dispatched, there was no tracking info given (red flag number 2). The app they provided also never showed the item as dispatched (giant red flag number 3). The item is now 3 weeks late and I've emailed for a refund and had no reply. I'm now raising a dispute to see if I can get my money back via my bank.

Awful. Possibly even a scam website. Go elsewhere - avoid at all costs.

Ordered through ebay UK they won't let you give a truthful response, they sent a used broken tin of paint. Absolutely shocking.

Ordered from them through amazon they Gave a fake royal mail tracking number ! Waited two weeks in the end had to contact amazon for a refund still never received will update if it ever shows up but I highly doubt it will . but we live in hope 😂

Did not arrived on time had no help tracking parcel would not buy anything from they again very poor customer service
