Simple and easy download and installation.

All worked well until I tried to activate the software. Attempts to get support using "Instant Support" have not provided any solution, and sometimes no reply. Even having waited 15 minutes after messages are flagged as having been read!

Quick and very easy, I needed to install office on a new Mac book, ordered and delivered within minutes, very easy process, and would recommend to friends and family

I have tried to have a live chat with them twice to discuss a problem with my download. It states that they quickly respond within I minute. I did not get a response either time and I waited for 20 minutes each time. The product did not work! It was a complete scam! Thank goodness I paid with PayPal because I was able to get my money back.

When I had questions the 24/7 live help was instantly activated. Once I had a complaint there was no response.
Please be careful of this company. the software would not download and the error message received indicated that these were not genuine microsoft products. I have just wasted £59.50p on a product that would not download.

You sent me files that cannot be downloaded. You don't answer emails and no one answers your phone. I assume you are a scam outfit and I will report you to Which magazine and anyone else I can think of. I wish I could get my money back.

Ordered and downloaded MS-Office for Mac very easily and quickly. Easy to follow instructions also provided. Very happy with this purchase.

Great. Only gripe I have is a discount was offered from what I could see, but it didnt work at checkout.

Overall, their price is competitive and good but should there be any issues with your product, customer service is a huge challenge.

I had issues with the product key for Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 - it was simply not sent with the download link. It took me many, many calls (only once was answered with no resolution), 3 long attempts through live chats (2 were ignored midway), and about 6 hours from 1st attempt for it to finally be resolved.

I truly appreciated the assistance from their customer service rep, Jake. He really was helpful. According to him, their online help system was facing issues last week. Perhaps this might well be the problem or it is more than this. So hopefully their service would improve.

I can only give this a 3 star due to the ordeal I have had to go through to get it resolved. I felt like I was being ignored the first few times i.e. chats halfway not responded to.

Please please do not use this company, the code they give you does not work so when you contact them they tell you that you need to pay more to get a product that is compatible.
They then stop replying to your messages!
I’ve reported them to PayPal, fingers crossed they can help to stop people from getting scammed by XPressKeys!

Absolutely first class service - I had a few technical issues at my end but xpresskey were brilliant. Listened patiently and sorted it out for me very quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Ian H

Fast, cheap just what is needed.

I have tried to contact by phone and email and have been unsuccessful in both counts and have now given up trying. Rubbish firm go else ware if you can.

I did not get response from online chat person for a query about installation
of programme I bought from you yesterday.

Otherwise it was an ok experience.
