I am deeply unhappy with my one and…

I am deeply unhappy with my one and only purchase from this company - I have worn the coat once and it has thread coming lose and is shedding a lot of the material.

How do I go about making a formal complaint and would like a full refund?

Ordered a jumpsuit and it was delivered…

Ordered a jumpsuit and it was delivered 2 days later. I had requested a not on my parcel for delivery and the company kindly obliged. The jumpsuit came and it was the perfect summery outfit. The material is good quality but light and it fits perfectly. Really happy with the overall service
