Someone scrapped the side of my mini, didn't leave a note! So not happy at thought of huge expensive respray. This pop up was in Tesco carpark. From start to finish everyone so helpful and the cost was a lot cheaper than other quotes. Only took a morning and you would never know. Fantastic job thank you so much. Very professional.

The repairs were carried out promptly and correctly to a good standard. There was a need to order two small parts which had been missed during the quotation phase. This was understandable in view of the nature of the parts but it necessitated another round trip of 25 miles to sort it out..I was promised that the parts would be in within a couple of days and that I would get a phone call to agree when the job could be completed. That didn't happen and I had to chase. People then didn't phone back when promised so I had to phone again. Communication needs improvement and promises should be kept. It is now done but the hassle spoiled what was a good job
