Potato Ricer

Having just received your unsolicited brochure through the post I feel you should be aware of how disappointed we are with the Stainless Steel Potato Ricer Set bought somewhile ago at even then we thought was rather costly. It looks may be sleek and attractive but isn’t comfortable to use.

We have persisted using it on the “coarse” disc but this frequently builds up with boiled potato and withdraws, when lifted, full of potato which hasn’t been riced! Our previous tool had a triangular shaped holed body with a solid wedge to push the potato through. It wasn’t stainless steel and pretty but effective.

We have had to resort to an old-fashioned cheaper tool.

DISHONEST!!!

Well.. What can one say besides.. bordering on criminal.. I ordered a XL Whatever Pan through a code in Good Housekeeping.. £49.99 for an XL Whatever pan.. What arrived yesterday was the other pan priced @£39.99.. So I call customer services to be met by a rude and past her knowledge date ‘customer services’ person who claims it came through on their system as a ‘normal’ pan.. I try to explain that it cannot be because ON THEIR WEBSITE it’s listed as XL for the price I paid.. I’m then told ‘customer service’ cannot help me and I need to email some other department.. I spoke to an attorney who told me that it’s false advertising and that I need to call them back.. I did.. same run around.. the excuse they spew is that ‘customer services’ are not aware of the prices.. Again rude and unhelpful.. Called my attorney back who said that I should email the ‘other’ department and cc Good Housekeeping.. Which.. and media outlets.. The fact that companies believe they can treat customers like dirt astounds me.. Do these fools not realise that without customers they are nothing.. Clearly from the other reviews I am not the only one that they’ve pulled this stunt on.. Oh.k jean patrigue IF you want to dance this dance in the media with me.. I’m well up for it.. are you though.. can you risk all the other customers that you’ve danced with before, coming out of the woodwork.. Time will tell..

I WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Ordered a stainless steel hanging rack.
Paid online, order accepted processed and received a despatched email.
A couple of days later received an email from PayPal saying I had a refund, no email from company explaining, so sent them an email and got item not available (they had confirmed despatch) and what looks like a standard sorry never mind response, they probably use that email a lot.
I will not ever order anything from them in the future.

Jean Patrique is also known as WELLFORM DIRECT.
If you order their products you will not receive them in the agreed time frame and when you chase up the order you will be given the runaround with a pack of lies.

THEY WILL ALSO SELL YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES, IN PARTICULAR FUNERAL DIRECTORS, whereupon you will be bombarded with mail trying to sign you up to funeral plans. This is tactless, unpleasant - AND ILLEGAL.

Wellform Direct and Jean Patrique will abuse your statutory data rights then lie about it.
When you contact their (inaptly named) customer services you will be met with vile unpleasant liars who are rude and ignorant.

Shoddy goods

Don’t buy any aprons from JeanPatrique. The cotton is practically see through,the ties very short. They are charging £14.99 for an item not even worth £5. I’ve had much more quality items from the pound shop 😡
