Awful experience, received the wrong item 2 times.
Well, I purchased an item during black friday and it arrived only mid february. They did sent me something but it wasn't what I had ordered. I had to make sure at every step that the right product was sent the last time. Only them I received it ! Overall an awfull experience...
At least they were quick to respond and I'm fine with my purchase but god, was it difficult and long to get it in my hands...

En effet, comme indiqué lors des échanges avec notre service client, il peut arriver que le colis soit envoyé vers un autre relais car celui sélectionné n'est pas disponible pour le recevoir (fermeture exceptionnelle, incapacité de recevoir plus de colis...)
