the best support in the business if you need it
So I've been a Xidax customer for about ten years. Bought my son a gaming computer and since it was so great, when it came time for me to buy myself one I did. Then I bought a laptop too. After seven or eight years, my desktop was slowing down so I went right back to the people who make great computers and bought a new desktop. I've never needed support until now. I kept getting booted from the internet and I work from home so this is a problem. I emailed over and got hooked up with Aspen who quickly took control of my computer. I watched him move through my screens and work his magic. I'm back to running and all is well. Aspen was great and I'm grateful. Thank you, Aspen and Xidax!
Good Support
Cole and Aspen were very helpful in answering my questions. I asked a lot, too. Quick responses, good troubleshooting, and a good product!
Aspen is great!
Customer Service with Xidax PCs is always world class. Aspen helped me today and was able to answer all my questions and help me get my current pc up and running again, also helped me configure potentially a new PC.

5 Stars for Aspen
Customer service technician Aspen was extremely helpful. I'm tech illiterate and they helped me through the entire process to figure out my PC's issues from start to finish.

The "lifetime warranty" is more trouble than it's worth.
So.. here are the facts so far.
I spent $3,500 on a PC from Xidax because they offered a lifetime warranty on their units. If something broke, they would fix it.
My PSU broke, and I asked my specialist, Aspen, for a fix in June 2025.
Despite the fact that I had a lifetime warranty, I needed to pay for a new unit to be shipped.. and that the full cost would be refunded once I shipped my old PSU back to Xidax. Fair enough.
In July, I got the new PSU in the mail, sent the old PSU to Xidax, and waited for the refund. I noticed that my computer was still having issues, so I asked Aspen to send it in for service.
My case was lost for a few weeks due to employee health reasons.
After multiple attempts to check on my case status (their service department is tough to get in touch with.. average phone hold time was an hour, average email response time was 4 days), it was picked up by a helpful, knowledgeable specialist (Elijah) in late July. He spent the next two weeks walking me through some potential fixes remotely (re-installing windows, updating drivers, etc...). He even went out of his way to send me the specific download links that I needed to do just that.
After a few more remote fix attempts spanning the month of August, we decided to sent it in for service in early September. Xidax only works with FedEx, so I needed to ask off of work to get my PC to one of their shipping locations a couple of towns over.. I figured it was worth the sacrifice.
Thanks to Elijah, Xidax agreed to cover the shipping cost, so I was only out $58.33 for the packing + the day's work. It was in the mail by September 22nd.
It's worth noting that I hadn't received the refund for the PSU at this point. Apparently, Xidax's finance department lost my ticket. Elijah told me that he'd find it for me and ensure that I got the refund.
Elijah had my PC (mostly) fixed by October 21st, but there were two caveats: the liquid cooler on my PC had gone bad, and it seems that it wasn't included in the "Lifetime Desktop Parts" warranty. Should have read the fine print, I suppose. I needed to buy another water cooler.
Worth noting that the invoice for this water cooler doesn't make much sense. $90 + $7.20 + FREE shipping = $141.20, apparently. It seems like I'm getting nickel-and-dimed. Either that, or it's another mistake from their finance department.
In addition, the full refund for my $101 PSU (that was covered by the warranty) was shaved down to $65. Elijah told me that the Parts warranty didn't include shipping because it was "too old". The funny thing about this is that the shipping was advertised as being "FREE!" on their invoice. This strikes me as a misrepresentation.. or fraud?
Which brings us to present day (October 29th, 2025). At this point, the last thing I want is to be mad at my customer service representative.. Elijah. He's been great. But I am disappointed with Xidax, and this lifetime warranty.
With my business, I have operated at a fraction of my effectiveness for the past five months, which has cost me thousands. I bought a laptop to get me by during the interim, which cost me eight hundred. I have called off work, which cost me six hundred.
And now? After these sacrifices, I feel like I'm being nickel-and-dimed, lawyered, and any Xidax departmental shortcomings seem to come at my expense.

Great service, even for an older PC
I bought my Xidax PC in 2020 and I love it. It's a beast that blasts through video or photo edit with ease. Unfortunately it didn't meet the Windows 11 requirements... or so I thought. When I called tech support and spoke with a wonderful gentleman named, Aspen, he worked with me for a couple hours, to not only help me meet the Win 12 requirements, but also to get it installed. Did I mention that my PC is 5 years old? That's great customer service. Thank you Xidax and Aspen for your help.
Aspen is the GOAT!
Aspen helped me fix my nearly yearlong problem. He’s the GOAT!
10/10 would recommend for further help.
