I bought my computer back in December 2025, considering when I bought I got it pretty good time. Fast forward to today one of my cooling fans was making a noise and Aspen Y. Was very helpful in troubleshooting over the phone to fix the problem. Turned out the sticker was coming off and was rubbing the bottom of the case. Thank you Aspen Y. For the help. Will buy again from Xidax

The company has made me very happy they built me my dream pc and with the help of Andrew leddy with the build ideas and checking what I wanted making sure it would mesh good and aspen and Elijah they have ran me through some things I was not quite sure about doing and some hiccups I ran into backing up from my pc and helping me figure out how to fix it and any technical questions have been answered with good understandable detail I appreciate the whole team and think they are doing a great job I will always recommend anyone to chose a Xidax pc. While trying to get a hold of Xidax on the phone proved to be quite the challenge, reaching out on the chat system connected me with Aspen and they were quick to help me figure out why the PC I ordered on 2/19 still had not shipped by 2/24.
