The worst car hire experience in my life. Their excellent Google reviews must have been bought as all negative ones are the same - very late delivery, cars not available on the collection date after being agreed etc. Our day was literally ruined, no discount or apology has been offered. Do not bother calling them

Do not use this car service they took money from my card
Do not use this car service I travelled to UAE in August and I have been waiting for a wrongly charged amount of £300 that the company took when they reserved money on my card for 3 months.
I have now had to contact the police in UAE for the false charge.
We also received a filthy vehicle we had to go and clean and it had no oil in it luckily my partner is a mechanic and fixed their vehicle with oil and checked the car for them. We were told the fee for oil would be deducted for the service we were doing and then we had issues when giving the car back communicating with vetoes given contacts.
Long story short this business has committed a crime by taking money from our bank and are not refunding as they said they would.
Obtain a different vehicle hire company to avoid the same thing happening to you. Disgusted with them
