This bit is not a review of the product but it was the experience I had from ordering on 2/8 to delivery on 31/8
There was a problem with the delivery, apparently my post code on the delivery parcel was wrong ? .I had to email as the tracking no had said it was delivered, I had correspondence with customer service to get it resolved who advised the postcode issue , they did have my correct postcode but somehow a different one on parcel … I ended up asking my postman to track the parcel as I was concerned that I might not get sent a replacement .. He came back & said it had been returned to depot in Thornbury. Customer service had to investigate & then I had an email on 28/8 to say a new one had been sent ..It arrived 2days later which was really quick this time & definitely well worth the wait ..Thank you ..I have already recommended it to my sister ..she’s going to give mine a try first & I'm sure she will order one Xx

I have shoulder length hair which does have a bit of a wave so I did expect it to take the curl but this exceeded my expectations… it took me 8 minutes to curl my whole head… on one occasion I actually curled it in the car on the way to the airport. (obviously I wasn’t driving 😊)

I used it on my sister, she has shorter much finer hair…not only did it curl her hair beautifully but the curls stayed in for about 3 days.. She loved it so much, she kept it and I bought another one….then when another sister seen it she also bought one… so we now all have curls in our hair…. LOVE IT .

When I bought the second one I was being charged for postage despite the advert saying it was free postage… I contacted the company via the website and was sent an invoice with postage removed.
Very pleased with this wee gadget .

I have baby fine hair, which I have always struggled to tuck in at the ends. Post-menopause, it often looked unkempt.

This curler effectively creates curls that last and last and I’m really happy with it.

I have searched for years for a way to curl my hair and could never get the hang of curling hair with straighteners! My hairdresser has shown me so many times but I just can’t get coordinated. My first attempt with the Wylera was a revelation and I look forward to using it lots in the future!

Broke second time using, only had them a few weeks and got told I will be able to get a replacement. I’ve explained I don’t want a replacement, it’s completely unreliable. I don’t know why they make it so hard to return. Will send them off today as I think they are trying to get me to hold on until it’s over the 30 days so they don’t have to give me a refund. AWFUL DO NOT BUY!!

Great product! I can style my hair quickly and easily and people always comment and ask me what I have done. Its portability means I can throw it in my bag and do my hair on the run - it’s just so easy. I use it most days. My hair is very thick and naturally wavy but sometimes the front just hangs and looks bedraggled. However, a few minutes of using the dreamwave to style the hair that frames my face, followed by a quick comb through, and my hair is transformed. I’ve used a few automated curlers over the years and this one is, by far, the best. Love it.

My wylerahair dreamwave arrived a week after I ordered it, was well packaged, delivered by Royal Mail. After reading the instructions and watching ‘how to’ videos online I got started! I’m not great with my shoulder length, thick, coarse, menopause hair but I have to say I was very impressed with my first effort! So easy to use even for a clumsy woman like me, I achieved a head full of curls which I combed through to make a little more of a wave! I waited a few months to get this as I was sceptical but if I can use it anyone can.

I am delighted with my Dreamwave which is easy to use and curls my hair beautifully.
I have purchased other hair curling devices and have to say the Dreamwave is far superior.

Your products are truly wonderful, they are easy to use and having no cord makes them perfect, they save so much time! I have purchased the curler and loved that so purchased the straightener - they both are in constant use. Not only have I purchased them for myself I have also purchased them for my daughter who loves them just as much as I do!

Dreamwave is THE only device I’ve ever been able to curl my hair with!
I have mid length hair and have always struggled with tongs, suffering

I am in love with my Wylera Dreamwave!! I have purchased almost every hair curler on the market over the years but have never found one as easy to use or as effective on my dead straight fine hair. And it is so quick to use!! I absolutely love the nice curls I can achieve with my Dreamwave and how long they last. I can get 3 days out of one use. I finally look like my hair has body and bounce. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

Dreamwave is easy to use and it delivers great results. I highly recommend it to people with short hair.
