Great client service, quick delivery, good prices. Have been their client for a few years and although from time to time some minor problems occurred, they always reacted quickly.

Ordered 90kg dog food on a late Monday evening to be delivered in Denmark. Estimated delivery was Tuesday 8 days later. Actual delivery was Wednesday 2 days later.

I have always ordered everything my cat needs from the German version of Zooplus, and I've never had a negative experience. I love the discounts and different offers. I order everything to Tallinn, Estonia and so far the quality has been better than I could ask for and everything I've ordered has arrived in up to two weeks. Very much recommended!

My package got lost in the mail. One email to zooplus customer service and they shipped my lost goods again, free of charge.

We have used zooplus for nearly three years and have always found the products to be great value and recognised brands. We order Toby our little frenchie all his requirements from them. Firstly the brands we use regularly are Royal Canine, Kong, Lilly's Kitchen, see dogs and recently him for first class leather handmade collar and leads. LHe has always been brought up on these from weening. We have never found his food cheaper anywhere saving over £20 per sack plus free kgs extra. The items are always packers well and sealed thoroughly not to get damaged. The delivery we use is Yodel and have always found them to be polite, quick, and efficient, delivery never more than two days from dispatch throughout our three years. Why need to look further when you have 5 star service like this on average at least monthly coupled with the extra 5% discount added at checkout include free delivery with low minimum spend. I do and always will recommend zooplus to any pet owner following the superb last three years with them.

Have ordered 16 different items and they only delivered 2 items and charged full ekspedition fee. But the 2 was delivered.

Purchased from Zooplus a few years ago..the quality of Zooplus products was not the best, but it was just about fit for purpose (Outback Hutch).
Had reason to purchase a further Hutch recently and the quality is now pretty much abysmal. I would not purchase from here again.

Have ordered from zoo plus on several occasions and has always been satisfied with their service, their products and their delivery service.

Therefore I award them five well-deserved stars for their efforts.

I called 9 days after order puppy bags with fod bed og toys for 6 puppys. Still havent got it and my buyers ar on the way in a few hours. They send it at a package insted of heavy transport ( 39kg) and not even im sorry for the mistake miss. No i have to go out in the stress now buy the things in a store again just to send the s... Back and then again wait for my money. Never ever buying there again

I`m ordering there since 3 years now. Haven´t had any problems besides some issues when it came to returning my order. It took them about 2 month to get me my money back after several calls and mailings going on.
In the end it worked out fine, but that much burocraty is confictive for customer service

I used to order food and toys for my rodents in France, but the german version is less expensive even with shipping and there are much more special offers

Ordered product 55 kg on Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday, it can be called express service always buy my cats and horse things there, they are cheap and exteem quick to send.
Have never had any problems, and will continue to shop there.

We are buying there food, sand, toys for our cats since 7 years ago, and we had never any problem. We find always cheap prices, and delivery is in around 2-3 days. Everything perfect!!!

After a horrible experience with Zooplus I gave them another chance. This time everything was perfect. The order was very big but was delivered 2 days after. And nothing was missing or broken like last time.

4 stars for the combined experiences.

I shop at Zooplus.de often, and have only good experiences.

Shipping to Denmark is only about 50 Dkr, so it is much cheaper to buy animal supplies here that the danish zooplus and many other danish petshops.

A very nice shop with a large selection.

Totally satisfied customer. Great store - very large selection and low prices. I reccommend this store very much.
