I‘ve been ordering from them for a few years and encouraged all my family and friends across Europe to do it. 100% satisfaction so far. Good quality products, fair prices, good customer service. Totally recommended

I will continue using Zooplus, because their delivery times are good, and prices comparable to other websites. BUT! PLEASE NOTE: their prices on their app is 5 euro more expensive than prices on the website! This is not okay!

Seems like a fraud company!
Made an order with an invoice payment option and in a few days got an email to send total amount for my order to a bank account.
You will never have me as your customer!!! There are so many reliable animals food supplies companies I would be happy to spend my money to.

I ordered cat food and the package was not delivered by DHL, instead it was sent to a packet shop and no pick up details ever arrived so its not possible to pick up the package . Zooplus has not replied to my complaint in more than two days and only automated messages are sent. Terrible service. I had to fix the issue with DHL by myself. Zooplus was faster responding to trust pilot than to me.

Big assortment, usually good value for the money, available in most European countries, friendly and fast reacting customer service.

7435370 is the order number that doesn't matter to Zooplus, Over a week went by and a bit of our order turned up, After 5 emails a lazy response from Zooplus. Very dissapointing!
Now we are at the 12th and still no delivery!!
The 15th has come and gone, and what do I get?? Another request for my address that I have given at least seven times. This is beyond incompetence!!
Now the 20th, nothing!! And they say "what order?" Photos don't lie!!

The best service ever! Fast, uncomplicated and not expensive! 😻 I would always recommend! 😊

Very trustworthy, helpful and stable. Set up a custom subscription for dog food of my own choice, and after finetuning, they ship two bags when i open the last one. So easy, fast and affordable

Why didn't I knew earlier that this site exists? The prices are really good (almost half cheaper than I have to pay in our stores). To Estonia, it comes 5-7 days and they bring everything to the door. The product range is very good. It's my favorite shop.

Seriously the best service I've ever experienced from an e-shop! I initially chose Zooplus for their competitive prices and for stocking the products I need for my dog. The delivery was fast and all products arrived according to my order, however I made a mistake by ordering a dog necklace that was one size too big. Zooplus immediately answered, sent a truck to pick it up from Luxembourg (free of charge) and refunded the full amount within days. Wow! I was blown away by this and I will undoubtedly be a returning customer.

Best dog food supplier I have found in last 5 years. Good quality production, a lot of choices, reasonable pricing. And it DELIVERS to Latvia! Delivery time also good - around one week. For 7€ this is good speed.

This is a great company. Very fast service. Very responsive to me as a customer.

At beginning, it was only about the delivery of Zooplus. They used bad quality packaging, and selected the terrible delivery partner Herms, who damaged my package and left my package in the rain without even ringing me when I was still at home. But then I was angry on the followup with Zooplus customer service. They had no feedback contact, and just sent me a 10% discounting code for my next order! I had no next order!!!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Unprofessional and unhelpful even thought the mistake in my particular matter lies on their side. Strongly advise against ordering from zooplus. I am shocked about their way of conducting business.
