Don’t Get Scammed with ZenDesk!!!

Don’t Get Scammed with ZenDesk!!!

Let’s give some clarity to this company. Zen desk operates 27 Ghostwriting companies that are owned by the one tech company that creates software to scam customers all over the world in all different areas

One guy owns the whole multibillion dollar company and they have duplicated the websites that are all wrong with people sitting at call centres. Yes they work with you for years to try and give you what you purchased, but it’s never done satisfactorily or completed and so it goes on and on in my case for six years. When things get to the crunch and you need to complete to finish it, all goes up in smoke. They hold your project ransom and ask you to pay double what you paid at the beginning, even though I have another $10,000 of amounts I have paid and receive nothing for it.

Not only do they own the Ghostwriting companies, but they also own Zen desk and I wouldn’t be surprised if Airtasker is part of this group as well. As the minute I got scammed with this company I then got scammed with Airtasker.

They claim to give refunds on their websites and be nice and helpful throughout until things get heated. But there is absolutely no refunds under any circumstances ever in reality. Discussions are all over the place and disconnected and nothing at all. No can an explanation be given for anything of importance

I’ve been in business for 35 years and been scammed a number of times in the past never on this level. You would never ever think that this was a scared, but it is.

Select start with the Ghostwriting companies involved in this
1. Bookwriting Inc
2 Ghostwriting Llc
3 Brilliant Ghostwriter
4 Professional Ghostwriter
And I will add back another post soon of the rest of the list as it is very long, but pretty much 90% of the Ghostwriting companies available for publishing a book when you do a search on Google will be part of this camp, so beware and probably opt out to stay safe at this point

You’re probably wondering who owns this whole company and what the companies name is so gladly edit here…
Abtach Ltd
Software Co.
Pakistan
Owned by Azneem Bilwani

He’s worth millions and seeing he has concocted this huge shenanigans to ruin the lives of millions of people and get fat on their money. He deserves a very special mention here.

He also has created software to run this game on including team works, Teamworks..pro management that I have been using for six years until it all keen crumbling down

There’s so much more I can tell you, but the main thing is stay away away as now I have a battle on my hands to get this sorted which will be literally impossible and they don’t really care about bad reviews as most people check after they’ve paid and by then, it’s way too late.

Hope I manage to warn you in time to save you, the headache and pain they have put me through and millions and millions of other innocent people ruining the dreams of creative people in more

One last thing… if you do end up in zen desk to get answers it will escalate with customer support ghosting you with the excuse they had to go to the toilet. Then when you get back in the call and they cannot cope with the questions a wierd guy named Willy wonka takes over and from there is 100% a scam and out in the open!!!

Dishonest and Unethical company. Run away!

The software part is correct even if it lacks ergonomics, but the support is catastrophic. This company does not respect its customers and its goal is to make as much money as possible.

The day you have a problem, you can manage on your own and above all, be careful with direct debit because Zendesk NEVER refunds.

In addition, they censor messages on their public community from dissatisfied customers! It's been a long time since I've dealt with a dishonest company like this!

Run away from this company, there are better and cheaper companies like zoho desk or freshdesk.
