Was really easy to sort out. I rang them even though it was online as I had some questions. They were really good at explaining everything and actually completed the process over the phone. Documents were straightforward and easy to complete. It was good that they informed me that they had received them and had got them checked and sent to the office of public guardian for processing that same day.
I would recommend them.

Very easy to fill in, once done the paperwork came straight out to me. My only niggle is that I haven't been informed whether it has been sent out after they have checked it yet. Otherwise great. I will be using for other services in the future.

Very easy to fill in online, regular updates via email, documents arrived promptly with tabs to help with signing in order & details of procedure. Contact number for advice & help if needed

Worried at first about doing online but no problems every page had a yellow sticker note on to show where to sign the process took a few months you have to send the documents to be authenticated and pay a further fee you can always keep in touch with Zenco Legal Ltd if you have any queries.

The simplicity of the form and everything was straight forward. The questions were not complicated. However, I note the form was asking for a separate email and phone number for my 90 year old dad who has mixed Alzheimer. I deal with all his issues/correspondences and my email address and phone number is what I use for him because he cannot manage his own affairs at all and would not understand any questions directed at him.
