Zeek Reviews 

I had money in Zeek from Quidco cashback and it worked ok while the company was afloat, but now they have gone into receivership without informing anybody, and lots of us have lost money with no way of claiming it back. Very disappointed - thankfully I had spent most of my credit and only had about £16 left, but others had a lot more.

I currently have money held by Zeek and wish to withdraw all, can anybody advise how or what must I do to recover all of my money held by Zeek.

Since posting this quiery, I have found out, that should anyone have purchased UK high street vouchers (ie named trader or retail outlet stated on voucher) which today may still be unspent in their Zeek account. Providing the voucher number & pin ref.is clearly visible when screen printed off, take this copy to the respective high street shop who will input your voucher details against their file server data info & you may be surprised to find voucher details held by the vendor are currently showing you're voucher in credit providing original sell by date has not passed by.

Retail outlet, voucher serial no. Pin, expiry date and total value of voucher must clearly be seen.
Vendor will verify your voucher status. Good luck J.C.
This last minute success was only on the basis my original voucher details were saved as screen prints & printed off at the time yes before Zeek collapsed. From this info, Vendor printed off my voucher detail as full credits x 2 off....Good luck JC

think its wrong they don't let people know they are closing most places do.

I just found an address in London for zeek mobile at company house and found the directors are the same as the zeek app-all directors are listed at company house and available on LinkedIn - happy hunting

Like others have said this business went out of business without even the courtesy to notify users with credit balances. It seems unlikely we will get any of this back.

What I would like to know are the names of the entrepreneurs and company directors behind this so that investors give them a tougher time getting their next venture off the ground. This is not really on.

Disgraceful business. No notification of going bust leaving myself and many customers out of pocket!

Left me out of pocket as this company has gone pop. Wish I could get a refund.

It is not acceptable to shut down a business before delivering the products to the customers. Maybe it is written in their T&C's but it doesn't feel right. For me it's the last time I use a service like this where you leave money in an account that is not safe.

Company in admin or what.. my 72 quid down the drain.. what is the alternative ?/

Purchased laptop worth 500 pounds. Got cashback of 41 pounds. Now couldn't use the cashback as the website is down😣😣

Unacceptable loss. Unreliable Completely stay away. Company has gone bust

I have credit on my account but have been unable to log in for a while. I don't know how much is on my account.
Wondering if the next stop is the ombudsman? Anyone else tried this route?

I like many others are unhappy as have a credit on my account plus £50 worth for Lastminute.com ecards which are not showing in my account!

I’ve tried contacting Zeek via Facebook but no reply!

I have credit in my account I can't use. I also have gift vouchers in my account saved that I can not access like many others. Paypal have rejected my claim as it is over their 180 day policy. Argos can't help me to get a new gift card. There is no information on what customers should do. The last update I can see is early February when they were looking for a new buyer. There is a dissolved company called Zeek LTD on the insolvency register. Listed below it is Zeek LTD not listed as dissolved (different number). This one is still listed as running under registration number 10637034 and all associates are listed as 'live'. I can not find any details that this company is in administration?
Does anyone else have any information?

was a very good site when it was running..now it seems they are bankrupt...not good for the people who had credits or money still in their system.....Are there any other UK companies that do this sort of business??...

I have bought vouchers already why can't I access them. These are vouchers already purchased and sitting in the account.!!! You can't claim administration reasons.

I have just lost out on £15 worth of Debenhams vouchers, and £25 worth of build a bear vouchers. I am not happy that I was not contacted by Zeek.

Used them for years... and have made some great savings... but noticed the site is down then read here the negative reviews.... they should have atleast have had the decency to email account holders.
