App & website now not working! I still have £200+ unused credit with them, unbelievable! How can we get the money back?

I purchased a Gift card off 220 pounds from Zeek and I managed to use 50 pounds at TK Maxx but still have 170 pounds left of gift cards.
I have sent an email to customer service waiting to hear back from them but I don't think they will respond.
I feel this is really bad from a company to snatch money from people who have to worked hard for it.
I bought the gift cards because I was making a saving but unfortunately I have suffered.
There must be a way of getting your money back?
Can anyone help?

So Zeek has gone forever. Message out there to all those who bought credit in last 180 days.... log a section 75/PayPal buyer protection. The seller is no longer responding to emails and so therefore you stand a good chance of redress. By prepaying for credit to be used, you have not as such bought a gift card. If you specifically bought a gift card, good luck. If you had money to come to you, I believe there is nothing you can do and I’m sorry. I find cardyard to be much more reliable.

Sold my gift card for 200, was told the money was coming and after chasing for weeks, they have stopped responding and someone is using the gift card without me receiving any money. Gutted!

App & website now not functioning! I still have £130+ unused credit with them! Unbelievable! I have always doubted Zeek at the very first place as they are based in Israel! How on earth they ended up sucking all your money here in the UK?!

Firstly the positive responses are based on company performance from a few months ago and at that point I would have agreed BUT
now they seem to have gone bust. I have a wallet with vouchers I cannot access and like others have lost about £500. and seemingly no come back.
I cannot even get access to the site to check my Wallet to assess my losses.
I bought mine on a debit card rather than a credit card so I doubt this will be insured.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND CONTACT YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND TRY TO GET MONEY BACK

you can no longer access the website. put claim through PayPal trying to get back the money, unfortunately declined. Now i will never see my money again.. i got few hundred pounds voucher and credit in the account... i will never see it again

I bought some Nike gift cards from Zeek and was told by Nike customer service team that they are unauthorised. My Nike orders were returned nearly two months now but I still can't have my refund until now. I emailed zeek customer service regarding about it and just received automatic email that they will reply within 24-48 hours. However, three weeks passed nothing at all! Today I even can't login in to my account and zeek website can't open either. Don't know what happened. I still have many unused gift cards left. What should do? I can't login in and how can I use my gift cards? Very terrible service and never reply!

Similarly,to several others I have unusable Zeek vouchers.
Zeek’s communication is ambiguous of late,promises to help are futile-automated emails supposedly contacting an individual within 48 hours,which is an exaggeration.
No direct telephone line for disputes,would indicate their unwillingness to confront/ resolve current issues.
It is preposterous that an organisation promoted by Topcashback and Quidco have had no foresight,continually sidetracking complaints,and undermining it’s loyal clientele?!?!
Disgraceful,shambolic and vague fundamentally describe this fragmented company.

Horrified at these reviews. Bought a gift card for someone at Christmas which it has not been able to use. Complained to Zeek twice - given reference number but no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Denied access to me zeek and zeekshop account. I have gift cards worth a few thousands of pounds in my accounts. Zeek has not replied my emails. What do we do now? Can we take legal action? Please kindly advise.

I had nearly £300 in my account, approx £160 cash balance, the rest purchased, but unused cards. Tonight after trying unsuccessfully for weeks, I managed to access Zeek Marketplace only to find that my wallet was showing as empty, no balance showing, no cards in wallet, either used or unused.
For people trying to log in, this time I had logged into Zeek Shop first, then when I went to login to Zeek Marketplace, it already recognised me, (so didn’t say it was going to send an email log in), so maybe this will work for you too.
I was hoping to use the codes and pins of the cards I’d purchased, but it seems Zeek aren’t content with just taking our money, they’ve taken our cards too. I was saving up for a Kitchenaid mixer. Every time I earned money on Quidco, I took it in Zeek vouchers. As I never used a credit card to load up Zeek, I can’t claim, so I doubt I will ever see my ‘savings’ again.

Same as many others can never receive a link to log in. Written 2 weeks ago and was given an enquiry no. saying that I would get a response within 24-48 hours but to no avail. I then sent another email two days ago and was the same given another enquiry no. but still no reply. Only knowing from here now that there are so many complaints about this. I still have nearly £400 unspent credit with Zeek. Any chance to get it back? Shall I wait endlessly?

'Purchase Failed' error message every time i try to use my (rather large) Zeek credit. As per other users, reported online via social media and their help centre but no response. Gutted. Website seems to still be functioning otherwise, so absolutely outrageous that you can still purchase credit which ends up in a black hole never to be seen again. Be warned - stay clear, at least until rumours of bankruptcy are alleviated and they get their act together [I live in hope that I will see my hard earned ££ again one day :,( ]

Scam-do not use! Unable to access my account so unable to receive payment for my gift cards. Emailed them numerous times but no-one ever responds.
