I can’t compliment Zee and Co enough on my recent purchases (a John Smedley jumper) as every part of the purchasing process was exemplary. I contacted, through the online chat, customer services (Zoe) who was able to help with my questions. The jumper, albeit on sale, was a third cheaper than anywhere else online, retail was £180, sale price £108. Many, most, outlets still selling at full price. I paid for standard delivery and to my surprise the jumper was delivered within 2 days from my order by DPD. I should add that I know some people have issues with DPD but I find them excellent in all respects. The jumper, as I may have expected, was also superb. I am a big fan of John Smedley and am never disappointed by the manufacture quality, fit and style also, that they manufacture their goods in the UK is very important to me for environmental and social reasons. All in all I will certainly deal with Zee and Co again.

Found this gem of a site just before Christmas, not only did they process, dispatch and deliver the order rapid during the busy Christmas period, the way it was presented, boxed and in a named bag was a nice touch!

An issue occurred with my order that I hadn’t even realised. The customer service team tried to contact me and I really appreciated their persistence in rectifying the error and will remember the high level of customer service when I make another purchase.

I purchased an item from zee and Co in the early hours of Saturday 5th February. It arrived at 3:30 p.m. on the Sunday. I think this is incredible given the fact that I only selected standard postage. The item was in immaculate condition but unfortunately, it was too small and so I had to complete the Returns process which was 0 hassle. I posted my item back via Royal Mail on 7th of February it reached the zee and Co Warehouse on the 9th of February and this morning my refund was processed (10th Feb). I have purchased other items from zee and Co in the relative recent past but this was the first time I had to return an item and so I can safely say that my experience dealing with this company across all scenarios has been excellent. Thank you.

I can't praise Zeeandco enough for the excellent customer service. I had a missing returns label. Sent an email and Olivia responded within minutes with the Royal Mail Free post label for me to print. This service makes a huge difference and is often rare these days. Also it was a Friday afternoon! Unlike companies like Flannels they don't charge a fortune for returns. Well done zeeandco you have my business going forward.

Hi l bought 3 items from this company but items was small,on opening every parcel l receive from any company l always check for order form and return label as its nightmare without one,which happened sadly. I had to keep asking for help over and over as l dont have a printer and lm disabled and housebound, so found it very frustrating as l can't take items back like other people. But after customer service got involved it was quite a easy return, they efficiently sorted everything and sent me a returns label and I sent parcel stright back and finally got refunded,so if in my position keep asking for refund. I did find it very stressful,but once l got someone to help ,they really was helpful and refunded asap once they received parcel back.l can't thank customers service enough for helping,in the end its was sorted efficiently for that lm so relieved, but returns label missing in my circumstances shouldn't happen but it was the January sales and Christmas returns happening so l do understand things do go wrong at times.l would still shop with this company, as they was helpful in the end and very apologetic about it,for that lm very grateful Wendy xx

Unfortunately for me, I only saw all the other negative reviews on here AFTER I had been SCAMMED by this company.
Apparently, the order was left on my doorstep by the DPD driver and was not there when I returned home. No instruction to do this by me. I was asked to jump through hoops to rectify this but I insisted that this was not my fault. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced, (all correspondence was generic or copy and pasted)
Once I finally decided to obtain a CRN they refused my refund saying that I ran out of time (was given no timeframe). As a result my son did not receive the gifts he wanted for Christmas as I couldn't afford to buy them twice. I now suspect that they could potentially have a scam in place with the couriers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY.

I’ve been trying to find a pair of J06 jeans size 32/30 on Armani website and as usual my favourite colours and size were all sold. Desperately Googled and this company that I never heard of came up with my favourite size, colour and a huge sale, the final price was £90(about half the RRP). I told myself don’t be stupid, it’s a scam, but couldn’t just let it go and opened up a new tab and typed trust pilot then typed Zee & Co, investigating the reviews to see if they’re like those fake reviews you see on Chinese websites like AliExpress, DHgate…. Realised they are genuine and also the company constantly replies to them. I said FML it’s legit! so ordered my jeans on 24th jan and made sure to pay with PayPal so I could return my money in case anything unpleasant happened. Surprisingly the same night received an email that your item’s despatched and the very next day arrived. Opened the package, my jeans were were neatly put in a cool black bag within there company logo on it along with some nicely decorated welcome/greetings and return label. All of them were simply chic and neat. After a close examination of authenticity, when I made sure the trousers are genuine Armani, not Turkish knock offs on eBay… promised myself that I would write a promising review about this company. I never ever been so happy with a product and a company since Barrack Obama left the White House. I will definitely buy again from them and hope this wasn’t an only one time experience. Thanks to trust pilot as well for being so wonderfully helpful.

I made my first purchase online recently from Zee and Co and I’ve got to say I was well impressed. Having ordered my Belstaff jumper at nearly midnight Thursday, I was swanning around 200 miles away in Northern England in the jumper by Saturday afternoon. It came nicely packaged in a Zee and Co presentation bag and was ready to wear in perfect condition. Being 6ft 4 it can be tricky making online purchases, but Zee and Co meet the customer half way with any financial risk by offering free returns, a good way to do business. I would definitely use Zee and Co again. Cheers.

Excellent customer service and delivered as promised, always shopped at ZEE &Co stores, but have now switched to the on-line service, I’m still pleased which ever way I purchase.

I received old trainers in a box. I’m disgusted. I emailed and called and spoke to Zoe who magically checked the cctv in a matter of minutes and said the right trainers where put in the box. Money down the drain

Placed a first time order and could not have gone better. Ordered a couple of sale items at fantastic prices on Monday and received the goods on Tuesday afternoon with DPD. Arrived within the emailed and texted time period. Goods were well packaged. All great so will place a second order with no worries

Placed an order, Order the order was delivered to the wrong place . When I called the company , washed their hands of it blamed DPD , no refund provided . Asked me to contact the police to say it had been stolen , what a joke ! I will never use this company again . I suggest any one reading this does the same .

Exceptional Customer Service!

I placed an order and then subsequently found the same item cheaper on a competitor's website. After speaking with Customer Services (Ellie?), a price match was offered. Upon confirming via email, I received an immediate response from Ellie (the same for other emails sent since), and the refund was processed immediately upon receipt of the item. A seamless and easy transaction and solution to my query.

Would certainly use Zeeandco again, and would recommend them to others!

I made an error on my order and contacted Zeeandco to let them know. I had an email back incredibly quickly and Olivia was very helpful. She emailed again a few hours later to update me on my order progress. I haven’t yet received my order (as it’s not even 24 hours since I ordered) but felt I needed to comment on the outstanding customer service I have received! I also know that my order has been dispatched and will be arriving tomorrow.
