I attend to the store in Loughton with…

I attend to the store in Loughton with my daughter 15 years old & father who is 74 years old. As we were walking into the store my daughter found a very nice outfit. I was approachrd by Greg harassing me & telling me to to give him the clothes to take them to the till. I told him that when I am ready I will take it to the till. I haven’t ask him for any help at all he was shouting at me for no reason I have never felt so humiliated by going into a shop spending hundreds of pounds only to be harassed by a member of staff. Due to my treatment I could not try on the shoes so had to return to change them on Monday 5th of feb. 2024.
as my father & I walked in I felt very uncomfortable exchanging the shoes. Very poor customer service & unprofessional and rude male staff taking advantage of a heavily pregnant woman. I only bought the items from this store as my 15 year old daughter likes the clothes the she chooses I will never attend to any of your stores in the future.

Poor customer service

I made a purchase in December of two shoes, the first time everything was fine I had my pair of shoes, I had a problem as they were too big and as they don't do exchanges I bought the same model but in another smaller size. DPD was the company in charge of the delivery, the day the delivery was supposed to take place I was not at home DPD left my parcel in the street at the front door of my house where people pass by and anyone can take them and steal them. When I got home I noticed that the shoes were not there, after searching and confirming with my neighbours that they did not have my shoes I wrote a message to customer service letting them know what was going on, I sent all the necessary proof, after a week I write again and the customer service person tells me that my case was closed because they spoke to DPD and said they had made the delivery (when I sent them all the proof that I was not at home) asking them to reopen the case by sending them even MORE proof from Trustpilot where I captured other people who had also had the same thing happen to them with DPD. It is now January 18 and I still have no response to my case. The customer service person should study more about how to solve problems like this. So far I am without my shoes and have lost my money. And no one is giving me answers.

Site now redirects to Flannels

I've just tried to get on the site as they usually have some good offers going. But now it redirects to Flannels instead. Another good clothing store taken over by Sports Direct? I can't find anything online announcing it either. Shame to lose another place especially as I had the years worth of next day delivery recently with them.

What a gem of a company 😊

What an absolutely amazing service. I was a bit nervous about buying from a company I had never heard of but they had the dress I wanted at an unbelievable price, so what did I have to loose? I’m an so happy with everything! The delivery was prompt, the dress was beautifully package in its own bag (a bit like when you get a delivery from Net-a-Porter). I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Please give them a go you won’t be disappointed!

First time ordering with this company

First time ordering with this company. Ordered a Barbour cap yesterday afternoon. Got a notification within an hour saying it had been dispatched and would be here in 3 days time. Got up this morning to a notification saying it was being delivered this morning. Arrived exactly as described and packaged really well.
Awesome customer service and really pleased. Thanks

Disappointed with the service from…

Disappointed with the service from zeeandco .delivery was an issue no option to have goods delivered to a pick up shop or a post office so had to take time off work to receive my order.I did speak to customer service about this but they refused to give permission for my goods to be delivered to a pick up shop or to be left in a safe place no reason was given for this and the customer service operative wasn’t very helpful at all

I can confirm that we do offer a click and collect service from our local physical stores, but completely understand and appreciate your comments if these store options are not locality suitable for you.

Previously, we did offer a local pick-up shop collection for our customer orders but sadly we experienced a high number of fraudulent transactions and thefts from this service. Therefore, as a small business, the company had unfortunately no option but to remove this delivery option.

Please be assured that your comments have been passed to senior management who will review our delivery options again.

This is probably the worst experience…

This is probably the worst experience I’ve had ordering from a company although the customer care kept in touch the delivery company DPD let them down apparently on three occasions when I was actually at home and on the last delivery photograph the van and driver and no parcel was delivered he came out of van no parcel got notification driver won’t be back three times if your looking to order from Zee and Co I’d think twice and still haven’t recieved refund as DPD need to deliver it back god knows when that will be 2024/2025 absolute joke be aware !!!

Returns with no Exchange and No Refund

I ordered a coat for my son for his birthday. However, when he unwrapped the coat we noticed there was a tear on the back. This was only a short time after the coat arrived. We returned the coat at the beginning of November wanting either a refund or a like-for-like exchange. This ordinarily should be a very simple process. Unfortunately, the customer services team have been informing me that the coat was being reviewed by the supplier and only last week confirmed they have sent the coat back to the supplier. It is now 27th November and we are still waiting on an outcome to this. So at this time (after 3 weeks), I am left with no coat and no refund. This whole episode has been like a war of attrition, with the confusing communication and inability to come to an outcome being an experience not easily forgotten. I wish anybody who orders from this outfit, the very best of luck, as I have had nothing but trouble.

We can see you placed an order on 2nd October, and advised us on 22nd October that the item was faulty.

We requested for you to return the item back to us, and upon receipt of the return it was noticed that the item was in fact used (various marks showing signs of wear) and both the Zee & Co tag and BOSS tags had both been removed.

We contacted BOSS and forwarded images of the jacket, and were awaiting their approval as to whether the jacket could be returned, as this may not have been deemed as a manufacturing fault, but possible wear and tear. BOSS requested for the item to be returned to their Quality Control team for further inspection.

Looking at your order notes, it appears that you have been kept up to date through the whole process, and no information has been mis-advised, therefore, I can only apologise you are not happy with the service.

As mentioned in our email, as soon as we receive confirmation from BOSS regarding a resolution we will be in contact.

Outstanding service!

I ordered from this company for the first time last week. And I have to say the service was absolutely outstanding!
From emails, price matching, (yes they price match!), communication, delivery and receiving the item - literally all within 24 hours!! Beautifully packaged with a return label incase a return was required. I will certainly be using Zee&Co again. And also recommending them to family and friends.
A helpful, trustworthy and professional company selling high quality clothing.
Very impressed and glad I found them for future orders.

I e mailed on a Saturday evening, asking if it was possible to cancel this order.
By Sunday morning I had had a response and a refund issued.
