Best E-juice subscription I have ever used!!!!

If you are looking for an E-juice subscription service ZampleBox is definitely the best!!!! I have been using ZampleBox since August 2023 and I have heard about ZampleBox since 2015 and Have always wanted to try ZampleBox. All the employees at ZampleBox are always extremely helpful, they know what they are doing I will always continue to use this service it makes it so much easier since by law I can't drive it is like Christmas every month I am always excited to receive my ZampleBox every month 10 out of 10 experience!!!!! I have told my friends and family who vape about ZampleBox and they love you guys too!!!

wrong address

I have updated my address on the website multiply time. you keep omitting the apartment number and i have to chase it down at the post office before it is sent back to you.

Member box came well packed and nothing…

Member box came well packed and nothing leaking. However there use to be a description card of the juices with the total savings of the box (no card). Also your customer service could use some work.. I've emailed, called & left messages and used your little chat box. I never received a reply.

Only leaving this cause company trying…

Only leaving this cause company trying to come back -again.Might go well for you for awhile .But this company will screw some of their customer base. Nothing new really ,even I over look comments from personal view on them ,this when I did it back in 2019ish . So have been awhile , so see how comments I found was older then time frame i was seeking info. See google will find a lot info of people and their views on them , they will go back a few years also . I won't lie , concept /company great but people behide it not the best,unsure why . No personal view on them but how they run a company.During their so call move , even thou they did reach out email about it. They never really fulfill people order or half a@# did it with hate/dislike as if you are wasting their time in the sunny state. This is common thing you will see about them from over people views about them . They seem run for 6 months -year then some happen . Maybe something does happen and their having bad luck but in end company still not being run proper and people money -like me ,are being taken and can't get refund or order fulfill proper . STAY AWAY .

Zamplebox does not have an option to…

Zamplebox does not have an option to change flavors. They sent flavors that turned out to be flavors that I really disliked. So I cancelled that order after they sent it. Then they sent it again the next month! Really???? $33 for something that tastes disgusting, a second time? When I called "Customer Service", I was basically told TOO BAD! After I told her second time that they sent me the wrong order. It was as if she had not heard a thing I said at all! When, out of frustration, I said cancell both orders, she hung up on me. I simply wanted to know if she did indeed cancel both orders as requested. I have been put on permanent hangup. This is not how to run legit business!

Need to have option to stop a flavor

I've been a long time customer and understand the change of not being able to pick flavors anymore but there needs to be a way to request certain flavors to not be sent. Case in point, I HATE Pink Drink. I currently have 3 unopened bottles of it due to my dislike but I get one in every box. No way to change that.

From great service to stealing my money.

I signed up with Zamplebox in 2019 and everything was great. Price was good, juice was good, delivery time was good. All the way up until last year when they changed their website I would've given them 5 stars.

Since "updating" their website I have not (until today) been able to alter my subscription at all. I couldn't change the number of bottles I want, I couldn't change the flavor, could cancel a subscription, could do anything.

The last change I made to my subscription before the updated their website was to change from 12 bottles of juice to 3. I have not received 3 bottles of juice since making that change. One box I received had 1 bottle in it. The other boxes had 2 bottles. So at this point I'm paying $37 for 2 ten-milliliter bottles of juice.

After the second month of that happening I emailed and called attempting to get in contact with any sort of customer service rep. I never got any response. They have an automated voice message saying they'll call back if you leave a message, I left 3 and got nothing. I attempted to cancel my subscription but it never showed up in the "subscription details" section of my account, or anywhere else.

On top of all of that, I had over $100 in "z-bucks" and, despite having checked the box saying the z-bucks would be used before charging my debit card, that never happened. Why have a system like "z-bucks" if you're not going to use it? I guess Zamplebox thought the exact same thing, because ever since the website update I can't find any mention of "z-bucks" anywhere on the website.

On top of all of that, my debit card has not been charged on the same date consistently since April of 2023. Instead they seem to just pick a random day in the 3rd week of a month and charge my account.

I have attempted to contact ZB with all of this information, and never get a response, so here it is in the wider internet.

Bottles don't have flavor names on bottles had to guess or try them. But else service was good and fast delivery.

I am rating a 1 star because your site sucks now. Why fix what isn't broken. I have been a customer of yours before but when I went to get the three bottle box the site didn't let me choose what flavor I wanted. I just wanted dessert only flavors but your new site doesn't allow us to change the flavors anymore. Why did you change the site. Its now a lame site. I did order two bottles of the 120 ml bottle juice because for some reason it wouldn't let me order the box. I don't think I will be ordering the three bottle boxes or getting a subscription until the site goes back to how it use to be. It was so much easier and I had 25 zbucks that I can't even use now because you guys decided to screw us over.

The old site we had was breaking down and many functions were no longer working. We are happy to announce that we were able to recreate most of the old ways that zamplebox functioned but with a faster and more user friendly design built on one of the safest and strongest platforms out there. As of last week you are now able to choose and change the flavors, nicotine content and box sizes within your customer account among other functions from the old site. If you want an all dessert box, feel free to login to your account and unselect all flavor profiles except for dessert and enjoy your all dessert box! We also created a newer and better reward system so feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to take care of you with some more Zbucks. See you soon and thank you for being patient with us during the transition period.

Not like it use to be sadly very disappointing.

This use to be an easy website that you could navigate with ease and make changes. Now you can’t make any changes and customer support is nonexistent.
