Great staff, need better shipping options.
For me as a Canadian I didn't think my juice would be here in 3 days... nor did I think it would take almost a month.
In fact my order took over a month to come but this was during the holidays so I didn't complain.
Yes shipping takes forever, but I feel that is the only problem with ZampleBox.
That being said im not sure why people feel this is their fault my order sat in la for days is it?
Now as for what I feel is the important part THE JUICE!!!
I feel the juice is always good stuff, im kinda picky so I always have a couple I don't like but I give them away.
I get stuck on what I know and this really helps me try juice I wouldn't normally pick and the ones I don't like didn't cost that much so I don't mind giving them away.
I like the concept and it works well enough for me.
I believe usps is holding them back.

First off the shipping takes a very long time.
I received two boxes and both times I got different juice than what my tasting menu said I was supposed to get. I did contact customer support after first box was messed up and I was compensated but the second box I had the same issue. Didn't even bother contacting them again and just canceled. They are getting 2 stars just because customer support was responsive and I did get compensated. I know taste is subjective but the juice I got in the first box was quite bland tasting.

Not saying it happens all the time, but it's a shoddy way to begin a relationship. I spent over 30 bucks on my first go on the 19th, how was the box? I don't know I never got it. I guess they did their best to get me my order. They refused a refund and gave 50% on next order. Thx. But I am going with theecig dot com. I've gotten two orders already and the third is on the way. Plus they give free shipping. I probably would've kept the service, but when you gotta get a smoke because this egregious ship time...I gotta say maybe not all experiences are like this all the time, but once is enough.
Unable to change the renewal date
Tried to change the renewal date but ignored. Then I tried to cancel but it seems it requires a comment which wouldn't submit on the website.

If I could give negative star reviews I absolutely would for zamplebox! The ordering process is absurd and god forbid they are out of something you order they refuse to send it or trade out that item after weeks of messaging until that item comes in which could also be weeks out and if they make a mistake with your address they blame you or the postal carrier. If you call to get a refund they refuse to do so even after it shows it is being returned to the sender, as I was told by the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, "it is our money now and it isn't our problem if you don't ever get your items!"
Try NZ stores first for people buying in Australia
2 months just to get the order sent and 4 times contacting zamplebox only to be stuffed around prior to having it sent. Absolute mission. Will then take another month or 2 just to get to me. Second time for me this has happened and my partner had the same problem as well..

Shipping takes forever my first box took 3 weeks to arrive by the time I got it I was being charged for my second box which arrived in a timely manner however 1/2 the box was menthol ( I DO NOT DO MENTHOL ) my last (3rd) box was good and came in time however here we are 2 weeks since I have been charged and still no Zamplebox at my door. I am canceling due to the lack of dependability.
Interesting 🤔 you were able to get it fixed because I was charged on the 13th of January it is currently the 28th or January and my zamplebox is currently been in Las Vegas since the 19th. Hmmm does not seem like you have actually rectified the issue.

After receiving my box today I have moved the company up to a solid 4 stars. The only issue was with the wait time juices are all good brands and were within my flavor profile for the most part. If not for the extended shipping times I would rate at a 4 1/2 to 5 . Because of the issue with the tracking number being incorrect, Zample box offered me a 50% off coupon for that all in all they did there best to accommodate. If I had the option to leave 0 Stars I would, after 22 days package has not arrived, the tracking number they gave me was false, I ended up calling border services they said that tracking number was for inadmissible goods (something illegal I imagine) finally I got through on chat to zample box after a ton of automated messages. They finally told me that the tracking number was changed got new tracking number called back border services they confirmed my package was there but there would be a delay if there is issues importing to Canada maybe tell customers that Anyways I spend a hundred bucks on juice I haven't received. When I asked to cancel they said to do it manually. I heard it was a good service but had I been smart I would have read the reviews prior to purchase. Seems Like a great idea but falls flat in execution at least in my case

Zamplebox has been good for me
Zamplebox has been good for me. Great price. Good vapor. The only complaint was last month when I got some flavors that had menthol in them. I cant do menthol. This months box was really good. In the most part I get good flavors. 👍
Super bad service
Super bad service. My first box was another members and so I put in a customer service request to have it fixed. When I canceled the service 3 months later the request had stir not been answered. No email no text not even a message on my profile, just completely ignored and I sent several requests to have the correct box sent. My second box was charged to my card but I never received it. I was charged for a third box, That one’s my fault because I forgot to cancel it after the second no show box but I have no doubt I will never received that box either. Great concept but exceptionally poor execution. Don’t do it, it’s a total waste of money I paid for 18 bottles of vape juice and received 6 bottles that I ended up giving away because they were so outside of my taste preference.

Used to be great. Great juices sent to you and you could tell it was actually hand picked. Now they don't respond to emails or their live chat, they send random juices you don't like, and will even send two of the same juice in a box.
They claim its because of transition period but it had been several months now and its only gotten worse not better. I have tried to deal with it, but I have so many unwanted bottles of juice now because they completely ignore your preferences now. Take your money somewhere else.

Zamplebox Will Never Change...And That's Bad for Us
Zamplebox, without a doubt, is the absolute worst online retailer I have had the misfortune to deal with. Their lack of commitment to their customers, as well as the overall service (or lack thereof) they provide is appalling and has been for the 2 years I have been patiently dealing with them and their empty promises to improve. They continue to provide a very poor customer experience: extremely slow (a week or more) to respond to inquiries (if they respond at all), unable to assist customers if/when they finally do respond, and late order shipments.
The last straw: I placed an order on 1/1, using a 40% discount code I received. The only place to enter the code was off to the lower left of the dashboard, outside the order window. I entered the code and received a message stating I must place an order first. Fine, I added 28 bottles of juice to my cart, anticipating a 40% discount. I looked to ensure the discount was added, it was not. I looked for the discount code box, nowhere in sight. I click Checkout, assuming I will receive the discount box or actual discount when I verify my order. This is the way it works with nearly all retailers' checkout process. But not Zamplebox. Clicking Checkout completed the order and that was that. No discount applied. I immediately sent them an email and chat. I could not call them as they are only open limited hours Monday through Friday. I also attempted to file a service request on their website, the feature didn't work. They never responded to my initial and subsequent email sent several days later. They finally responded to the chat 6 days later, only to tell me they cannot modify an order once it has been placed. However, the agent offered to issue me a 30% discount code I could use on my next order. What? Are you kidding? Issuing me a discount for less than what I was entitled to, on a separate order, when I just placed a very large order, does me absolutely no good. The fact it took them 6 days to reply, only to tell me this, is ridiculous. On top of that, the 30% discount appears to apply to the next monthly subscription box, which is half the amount I spent on the separate order, meaning I would ultimately receive less than half the discount I was entitled to. No thank you!
I am tired of dealing with the constant frustration that is Zamplebox. It's just not worth it. For the sake of my sanity and health, I will no longer do business with them. If I continue exposing myself to their appalling customer service and fulfillment process, endless issues, excuses, and empty promises, I am sure they will eventually give me a heart attack or stroke.
Cheap juice is just not worth the headache and frustration. Trust me, save yourself the headache and frustration you will no doubt experience and take your business elsewhere.

I have been a Zamplebox member for over a year, and when I first started ordering from them, they were GREAT. But, then something happened I guess, because EVERYTHING started to suck. They didn't send the right flavors, didn't send any tracking, their customer service started to be a joke... I would not recommend this company to anyone anymore. Like I said, this used to be a great company with a 4.5 star rating. I dont know if they switched management or what happened but this is an absolutely terrible company now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I think this whole process sucks I don't recommend it to anybody. My first box I got three of the exact same flavor and two of another flavor. Because of website error I didn't get my discount which was why I tried a box in the first place. I didn't receive my order for nearly a month. I didn't really like any of the flavors and three of the flavors made me cough. The little sample bottles are hard to squeeze and make it difficult to fill my tank. When I went to customer service they would not honor the discount for first timers instead told me I can get a discount on my second box even though my first box had not yet shipped. You cannot choose individual flavors to try instead you choose categories so you have no idea what you're getting or how many will be the same. I also received all fruit even though I chose like five different categories I would have preferred All Desert which was on my like choices. I will never try this service again it was an awful experience and I'll probably end up throwing all of it away except for one little bottle that I thought was okay some kind of raspberry. A complete waste of my time and money. I don't know why I strayed from my local vendor who lets me try everything right there but it was a huge mistake.
