Excellent service from start to finish. We have been with Z1 telecom for a while and just upgraded our phone system to the cloud version. Lots of new features inc phone app which will be very useful. Thanks to Rich for explaining the new features in a manner which made sense and Bill for taking the time to discuss our renewal options to make sure it worked for our needs. Mitch was great in setting up the equipment, professional as always and checking in to make sure we were happy with everything during the installation.

PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH
Nothing is too much trouble. Mitch was always asking if we had any questions and showed/explained what we asked.
Andy is just as nice making sure all the systems were operational (coffee white no sugar). They both made sure we were happy with everything and confident before they left.
Mitch mentioned we will then have a visit from Ethan to give us training. This was right. Later that day Ethan followed and explained the portal in more detail. Ethan said if we need any more training he is more than willing to come back and go through what ever we needed.
We never went with Z1 for the costing, we went and stayed with them now over2 /3 years because of how professional they are. To be honest what we get is value for money. NOTHING is too much trouble.
The customer service from the very beginning is second to none.
We recommend then in a heartbeat.

we also upgraded our CCTV system with the latest cameras which are fantastic.
Mitch & Andy who completed all the work have been brilliant, very very knowledgeable.

We have been with Z1 for a while and have just moved premises. They made what was a stressful time so easy with minimal disruption to the business. Came back today to fit new CCTV cameras and again no disruption left clean and tidy and Mitch was great at showing us how everything worked. Z1 have been really helpfull in getting us out of a contract with 4com. the sales team were transparent and explained everything clearly and the installation guys were friendly, quick and efficient.

I have been with Z1 for 3 years and i have just renewed my contract for a further 3 years, the engineer Mitch has just installed the new updated phone system and he was brill no hassle all done in one day. All the staff at Z1 are very professional i cant fault them, i recommend Z1 give them a call.

The engineers visited us yesterday to fit our new system.
The process was pain free and we had good communication throughout the installation. Mitch and his team mate could not have been more helpful. The system is very simple and we hope that moving forward it should outshine our previous overly complicated HIHI system that we were miss sold.

Mitch explained everything brilliantly and was happy to show me time and again 👍

From the inital first visit with Bill and Rich, to the final install today was approx 2 weeks - they handled everything with the old supplier, got me out of a lengthy contract to save money and provide a much better, and reliable system. They listened to what we needed, and over-delivered - really happy, would recommend to anyone.

Mitch Anderson did a fantastic job setting up our telephones, accounts and showing us how to use everything. He was happy to answer all of our questions. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
