Adelaide was fantastic

Adelaide was fantastic, no query was too much! Managed to get 4 or 5 issues resolved in a very simple and super friendly 10 minute call. Brilliant customer service, Adelaide is a credit to the team for sure.

HiHi4 - No sound on phone line, now fixed!

I experienced an issue with the sound on my HiHi4 phone, whenever I received calls, I couldn’t hear the person on the other end. I explained to Lewis that I had recently switched to a WFH setup, and he took the time to run several tests to diagnose the problem.

Although it wasn’t a quick fix, Lewis remained patient and persistent until the issue was fully resolved. In the meantime, he also provided a temporary solution so I wasn’t left without a working phone, which I really appreciated.

His response and support were excellent throughout. I highly recommend Lewis M, Support Technician at 4Com, and had a great overall experience.
