I have been with this company for about 2 years….. I’ve had a problem with hotpoint and their engineers coming out to repair my washing machine for 3 weeks and today took the biscuit when they cancelled yet again . So I rang your brand cover at 10am to complain …… they have been brilliant today and under 4 hours sorted everything out for me today 💪. I now have a new washing machine coming this Thursday, they are very transparent, helpful and communication is excellent. I am one very happy customer.

The call centre were amazing when my fridge freezer broke down. I have a son on medication, this needs to be stored in a fridge. They arranged the unit to be delivered & installed in to the kitchen cabinet in 24 hours

Dylan was very pleasant, personable, efficient and helpful. The phone was answered very quickly and my questions were answered fully. When Dylan wasn't sure of the answer he quickly enquired and returned with the answer. I couldn't believe how quick the service was and nothing was too much trouble. Only heard about this company about 2 maths ago from a phone call from a very polite man called Paul. In chatting we arranged a follow on call for this month, IE today 04.02.26. and I changed from D&G to this company. He was 10 outta 10 for everything from knowing about to explaining to just everything explained brilliantly. If you had a personnel of Paul's, your company would put everyone else's outta business. I contacted Your Brand Cover as our Bosch Induction Hob had decided to give up on us, the engineer came out a few days later to give the verdict that a new circuit board was needed, unfortunately, this had been discontinued, and because of this a new Induction Hob was required. We had an option of picking a new one, from 3 brands, we wasn’t happy with the choices they gave us, they then gave us another 3 brands to choose from, and we picked 1 which was installed a few days later, and Your Brand Cover kept us updated the whole time.
