During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual. Therefore, please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. If after that time you have still not received your items, please do email quoting Trust Pilot, including your order number and post code. Rest assured all items are in stock and our dedicated Nursery & Operations teams are working tirelessly to get them to customers as soon as they can.

Got couple of flamingo tree from here one arrived and didn’t look great. I let them know straight away and they replaced it without an issue. Now both seem to be doing great. Although the original one has taken a lot of TLC but all the same it’s now doing fine
