TO AVOID!!! THIEVES

TO AVOID!!!
I bought a hoodie via Yokaiave.com, but it was damaged during transport. Indeed, I found my package in my mailbox opened with a cutter mark (probably from the delivery person when they opened the box containing the packages…). As a result, the hoodie is damaged.

On the website, it is written that if the package is damaged during transport, you simply have to return the damaged package, and they will send you a new item. "We offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred." So I returned it.

Then, I contacted customer service, who first made me believe that they would send me a new hoodie, then they changed their minds at the last moment, saying that I had opened the package with a cutter myself. You would really have to be stupid to unpack a hoodie by making a cutter mark right in the middle of the package without thinking that it could be damaged. I sent them emails, but they no longer respond to me.

At the end, I paid €68.95 for NOTHING because I returned the package to the sender, and they no longer respond to me and have not sent me anything in return!

In conclusion, I would say that the after-sales service is catastrophic. Furthermore, the company is not serious, dishonest and cheating because it does not respect its refund policy. Finally, the quality/price ratio is very lamentable : for the price (€68.95), the quality is really very mediocre. It is an image stuck on the hoodie that deteriorates very quickly.
I absolutely wanted to share my bad experience to prevent other people from being scammed by these fraudsters.

Print quality is really bad be aware.

Although they have some pretty good designs the print quality is beyond bad. Every colour is off it looks like the image is 480p. Shirt Quality is fine but nothing to brag about. If they improve the prints it would be a start.

Nice design, awful quality

Designs are really nice, however the quality is shocking. After 2 wears and zero washes its chipping everywhere and is not worth the money.
