I had a wonderful experience with Cyber Techwear from start to finish. Their service team and Miyoko personally reached out before shipping to confirm my measurements and recommended waiting for the correct size which showed genuine care. When the jacket arrived, the fit quality and design exceeded my expectations, The style feels like something anyone can wear and feel confident in no matter who you are. Miyoko also helped recommend matching pants and boots with personalised sizing advice. Their Communication was always clear and professional. I felt genuinely valued as a customer and highly recommend Cyber Techwear for both quality and exceptional service.

These "kids" have it down pat. My wife and I came to the EDM/House music scene very late in life. This brand spans the ages as in our 60's we dress up and feel young again. The selection, the curation, the Quality is bang on! EVry company makes errors, but few have the ability to retain clients with a human side and great UX.

The products are of poor quality, the photos are misleading, and the sizes are incorrect.

Drop shipping from other website like techwear or fabricoftheunivers but 3/4 time more expansive 😑
A real scam, please don't buy from them

The only thing I could wish had happened differently was that the shipper never updated the tracking information. Even so, the items arrived on time, in great shape, and left a really good impression on me. I’m absolutely ordering more from them. Shoutout to Miyoko in customer support for being helpful and informative when I needed an update on shipping status!

Their styles have real love put into them, and while the kimono styles are limited, they have many great choices for your taste, and I hope that there are more to come. 4.9 stars. I am honored. I will come back.

they claim its all waterproof but yet it all isn't and all the water just comes right through, and on top of that its just a site from a dropshipper, atleast the person from support was helpful but thats all.

I ordered a jacket from Cyber Techwear. The website clearly showed the price in Euro (around €150 after discount), but I was charged €193.

When I contacted them, they claimed the lower price was “for customers outside Europe” — even though the price was clearly displayed in Euro for me.

They refused to refund the price difference and only offered a full cancellation, even though I still wanted the jacket.

When I opened a PayPal dispute, the seller simply refunded the full amount without my consent to force the case to close.

This behavior is completely unprofessional. Prices should be accurate and not suddenly increased after payment. I strongly advise against buying from this shop.

The appearance and the quality of the bag i ordered was great I realy love it❤️(from hungary) their team is very lovely they answer quick and very kindly not like a bot it literaly made my mood happy when I read their answer on my email I reccomend the Store💖

The product feels great and is well made. But what really takes the cake is the customer service! Cyber-techwear has got to be the nicest company I’ve ever communicated with! I had a couple questions and they went out of their way to help me and give me answers!

I love some of the artists that this company supports, and they also have really great customer service. They are super nice, and they don’t send you canned email responses. They are real people who actually care. Definitely recommend supporting this business and their featured artists.

I got the Navy cargo techwear shorts. They are super comfortable. I got a size too short originally. Customer service responded super quickly and got a bigger pair out to me. Even sent a return label so i didnt have to pay for shipping.

Good quality and reliable clothing! I have ordered from this site multiple times. The clothing is high quality and when recently I had an issue with delivery, their customer support was stellar. Miyoko was very helpful and courteous.

I ordered two shirts. Shipping to the EU took one month. One shirt was not sent at all (despite being advertised on the web, it was supposedly out of stock). The second shirt I received was different in style, size, and color—not what I ordered.

I resolved this with Support, got refund on first shirt and they resend the wrong shirt. I had to wait another 1 month to get it. Sad story is that it was the same, wrong t-shirt I received originally, so I got two wrong shirts.

The shirts I received were not my style at all, and the materials were visibly low quality. Instead of cotton, it was all plastic fiber. It was a terrible experience. After more than two months of issues, I finally got a full refund. Never again.
It also seems their prices are way up and they are just standard dropshipping website (buying cheap, selling expensive).

I'm giving +1 star only because of kind and responsive Support (Customer service). They were communicative and resolved everything.
