I have been a client of the investment information service for a number of years. I recently tried to cancel my subscription as I no longer require the service as I have moved my pension investments to a fully managed service and am no longer interested in the detail information that Yodelar investments provides.
The company has repeatedly failed to respond to emails that I have sent to the support line to request cancellation. I have tried calling the main number and have been told by reception that staff are busy and some one will call me back but as yet this has not happened. This is an unacceptable level of service.

I decided to place my entire pension pot under one roof and approached five companies to choose from. I needed growth plus minimal risk and was fully aware that I was making a big decision.

For investors who pick and manage their own portfolios Yodelar provides regular investment magazines. These magazines include very comprehensive performance data, split by investment types, which give the investor most of the knowledge to make the right choices for their portfolio. Additionally, Yodelar will review and comment on the investor’s portfolio - a most useful service. Finally, the magazine regularly review the performance of leading fund houses our advise on topical financial matters. These are interesting and improve the investor’s financial knowledge. I would recommend self investors to look at Yodelar as I’m sure their knowledge and research can only be of great benefit.

Just recently I was contacted by Sean from Yodelar and took advantage of the free offer to asses my portfolio and have a call with one of their senior financial advisers.
Although I decided not to become a customer there was no hard sell. They gave me a few pointers on my existing investments as there are a few 'stinkers' in there!
Maybe one day when I meet the minimum investment threshold I'll give them a go again as my impression of dealing with all of them was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
