Had such a fantastic experience with Yicosplay. Mei, who helped me was extremely helpful and responded within minutes of my emails, she was also extremely nice and reassured me when I was worried about my order not arriving in time. My order arrived perfectly on time and is well made, the quality is solid and the sizing is actually accurate. Thank you guys so much, I will be returning to you for further cosplays :)

They sent a cheap knockoff version of what was advertised.
Since they felt the need to respond I will tell you the cosplay they have pictured on their site IS NOT the same one they sent. There was NO hip armor at all it was just a cheap piece of fabric and their excuse was that different warehouses have different designs. Than stop false advertising! I asked for an exchange, and because they didn't put a size tag on the costume they offered me a $10 refund on a $200 costume. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

I'm so happy with this deku winter costume! it's almost impossible to find a women's cut, and this one fits nicely. The quality is good, too.

I ordered an item that said it would be shipped in 7-10 business days. Never heard anything. Contacted after 14 business days and they said the order was coming. Contacted two weeks later. They said they missed the order completely in their system. I asked why they had said two weeks before that it was coming. They said they’d expedite ship it now and that I would have it in time for the event. Never heard anything or received a tracking. Contacted again. They said they actually didn’t end up being able to expedite ship it.

Got my refund back, thankfully, which - to be honest - I was concerned about because I’m unsure this company is real.

No proactive outreach. Mixed messages on status of the item. Order never received after six weeks of back and forth.

Not a trustworthy company - be careful.

I ordered shoes from this company. Some zoey from Huntrix, shoes. These shoes are not the same as image. They should display the shoes they are actually selling. This is false advertisement. The shoes are also purple not blue as they are in the images. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.

Today I received My Bakugo winter suit order. I love this cosplay! Everything looks great and fits very well. Excellent work - this is the best quality I've ordered far. I've seen other cosplays on their website, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

My Padme Amidala blue Senate dress arrived yesterday and I am totally delighted!   It fits nicely with room to spare (but won't fall down! - and thank you for the straps in case I lose more weight before the Star Wars event). The fabrics are beautiful and it is very well-constructed. I am very very pleased!

I ordered the Vegeta costume from Yicosplay and received it in 10 days after the shipping notification. While the materials feel a bit cheap, the overall look closely resembles the movie's design.

Be aware!!! The company doesn’t seem to care about the promises to deliver 2 weeks after the order is placed. Ordered a costume on sept 16, it is still not shipped. Customer service is horrible and a lot of my emails have gone unanswered. Avoid ordering from them at all costs.

The Beetlejuice musical costume is fantastic—it fits like a glove! The tie is stunning, and I absolutely love the whole ensemble. Good speed, it was ready in less than a month!

The costumes are awesome and really well-made! I ordered the Deadpool 3 Wade Wilson Outfit, and it actually arrived early, but it was missing the utility belt. I emailed their customer service, and they got back to me right away and promised to send the missing piece. It took 2 weeks, but I did get it in the end.

Bottom line I ordered a costume for my son. The wrong size came and I was promised a refund because it was there fault and I never got said refund.

I know that this website have been around for several years, so I bought six Jafar 2019 costumes from them on June 27th whth free shipping. My order was supposed to be delivered whithin 7-15 days, but it take 16days. The quality is actually good so i’m fine. My convention is not until july 17th, so I have a few days to try it on and make any alterations. Trustworthy websites.

I needed my cosplay before the 6th of April and although there were a couple delays I stressed a LOT that my cosplay wouldn't arrive on time, but they assured me they would get it in on time, they even upgraded my shipping to express! Customer service responds very well, no later than a day. The quality of the cosplay was so much better than I had expected and it fit me perfectly! I cosplayed Lady Maria from Bloodborne and I had so much fun in that outfit!

I had ordered a star guardian Rakan cosplay on Jan 20th and it is now April, at first they were good about emailing back and saying there would be a delay with Chinese new year, afterwards they stopped responding to my emails and I now still am missing the cosplay.

I'm very happy with this Padme red costume! I removed the fleece, and added a fur trim to really nail the cosplay look.

I just wanted to say thanks so much. MY super girl costume has arrived, and it's absolutely fantastic and fits perfectly! Amazing quality.

I ordered Harley Quinn Injustice Cosplay. Happy with the material it's pretty high quality, accurate details.
My only 2 concerns are the sleeves of the coat sawn too tight. I can't list my hands up, I got terrible bruises on my forearms just from trying this coat on. It's as small so I accidentally tore up one seem. the size xs. I'm so sad it literally impossible to wear to cons!

and they used a red zipper instead of black on the most visible place on the corset. why?

even thou some of the parts are bigger some are smaller than should be, in general, I'm satisfied and would recommend this shop to others.

I ordered my netflix daredevil outfit in November and it came faster than the estimated time of arrival, in about 10 days to Alberta. I got fast email reply with the support team when I got worried about my package shipping.
The coat and jacket are stunning in their detail and craftsmanship! Overall I felt the company had quick response so I would purchase from them again.

Having purchased several costumes, I've found that Yicosplay's fabric surpasses that of other companies. I'd rate Yicosplay a 4.9 out of 5 stars—everything met my expectations! Highly recommended.
