The customer service made my experience…

The customer service made my experience amazing. He was very kind and respectful. He gave me plenty of opportunities to have the floor. I just pray that yeslawyers win my case. Because it’s too much discrimination going on in warehouses.

I got a call back within 24 hours

I got a call back within 24 hours. My intake person was very kind and knowledgeable. The questions were direct and easy to answer. I felt that my concerns regarding my termination were honored in a way that I felt respected. I would recommend this service based on this initial contact. Thank you.

Could improve by being more patient as…

Could improve by being more patient as some people are harder to understand than others. I was haven’t difficulty understanding at times and was cut off or interrupted multiple times the call seemed to be frustrating for both the person I was speaking to and me as well.
