Smart Vision Glasses are a scam

This is a total scam selling a low quality product that does not work. When asking for a refund, the company will require you to produce images or videos to show that the products do not work, but these will not be possible to produce and any images sent will not be accepted.

This website is a scam. Zero stars

This website is a scam. Do not buy. They send you the wrong product. Please stay away. No idea how these sites are allowed to operate and how shop allows payments to be processed. If I could give it zero stars I would. Truly shocking!

Refund by charge back works.

Well to all who have purchased from this company there is light at the end of the tunnel. It’s a bit long but it worked for me. Start a charge back with your bank card company. Keep all emails from the company including the description of what was ordered, there 30 day gurantee for a full refund if your not happy etc etc. Stop communication with the cop at as all you will get is a standard reply over and over again. When they ask you to stop the charge back and they will rectify the issue do not stop as you will get nothing. The return address they will give you is a POBOX address which is just a small house in the middle of nowhere and no one lives there to receive the returned item and then they will say they did not receive the return so no refund. Don’t waste you money or time with this route. CHARGE BACK is your only option. As I said this in a previous post this is a scam company who get there products from china, a $2-$4 product with no features and just glass in the frame as I had line tested and there is no prescription of features for automatic adjustment etc etc. Be aware this is not the only company name these people have. They also go by the name of Alpine Wear and many other names. Just a big scam. I hope this helps people not to buy these products anymore and to also get your money back via CHARGE BACK method. It works as I got a full refund after a bit of a wait but it’s worth the wait.
Good luck to you in getting your money back.
CHARGE BACK via card company, not PayPal as they are useless at getting your money back. CHARGE BACK IS THE ONLY OPTION THAT WORKS.

Misleading advertisement and very poor…

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing glasses from Nivalé. The product was advertised as “3-in-1 glasses with a wonderful case”, suggesting a high-quality item. Unfortunately, what I received was a very cheap plastic pair of glasses with extremely poor packaging that looked nothing like the product shown in the advertisement.

The quality is far below expectations and does not match what was promised in their marketing website and emails. It feels like a misleading advertisement designed to attract customers, but the actual product delivered is completely different.

I am very frustrated and disappointed with this purchase and have already contacted them to return the item and request a full refund.

I am sharing this review to warn other customers to be cautious before buying from Nivalé, as my experience suggests that the product quality and presentation do not reflect what is advertised.

Overall, this has been a very negative shopping experience, and I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Nivale Shop - A Fraud!

Paid $36.25 for their much advertised Multi focal lenses on the 3rd of March 2026 and got an auto confirmation of my payment. No word from the shop after that and no tracking number was sent. I sent an email on the 11th of March, still no human response. Today is 15th of March, still no delivery, no word, nothing! Nivale is a FRAUD!

Fraud

Fraud, the website is the former alpine wear, the products sent do not have the characteristics mentioned, very low quality, the process to recover the money is complicated, even involving the bank from which the payment was made, and with no guarantee of recovering the money.
