Great website. Easy to use and fantastic choice

Love shopping YesAsia for items I cannot get locally (USA). I have never been dissapointed with items received.

I preordered a kpop album in August. I received the wrong poster which came with it. They initially offered to replace it but spent months “looking for a replacement”. I then requested a refund, to which they provided a store credit. I then used this credit to purchase a new poster. It is now December. They again have sent me the wrong poster. Do not buy anything from them. They are scammers and will not listen to your complaints. They are incompetent and provide inadequate customer service.

I am a collector who was browsing around this website for VideoCDs, and came across a listing for a collection of computer generated art films which I am a fan of. I placed the order, and waited for over a month for the order’s status to change, only for the order to be canceled due to their supplier not having this item in stock.

I did get a full refund, so I won’t give them anything less than three stars. However, to have items listed for sale only to be canceled because their supplier cannot keep track of what they have in stock is unacceptable, especially for collectors of such rare & niche content such as myself! It is possible that there are some other items still listed on the website for sale that aren’t even available, but I'd rather not be the one to find that out, even if I do get my money back! Not going to have my time wasted again!

I hadn't looked over the YesAsia website in years for DVD items. I took a chance and decided to try shopping at YesAsia. It was a little bumpy as my payment options were out of date. However, YesAsia did suggest that I use PayPal. I like that I can use this as a method of payment

I am a K-Pop, J-Rock, Thai-BL and Drama lover, since years I am ordering music and DVD's here. I was always satisfied and things arrive in best condition. The prices are a little high ... but what will one do with ones Asia-addiction *g*

Also, their use of Shipment Units is just another way to milk money out of customers.

Site has alot of movies, and Dramas but I would like to see more movies and Dramas with Zhang Han available for purchase with English Subtitles to the USA. I was excited to find you are my destiny but I am looking for Meteor showers with Zhang Han, and The Four

I have been using YesAsia for 7 years. Their catalogue of manga, music and movies is fantastic and they have things up for pre-order as soon as they're announced.
Checkout is smooth and everything works. The website looks a little dated, but its fast and doesn't crash like its contemporaries.

So easy to find and to order Japanese magazines that are nearly impossible to find in the USA.

A very quick and easy process. Found what I was looking for.

This is my main provider for Asia media (CD, DVD, Blu-Ray). I have some 15 years of use and some 900 media purchased, without any trouble – Perfect communication, Good Shipping, and items well protected. Some shipment have no tracking information but I never experienced any delivery issue !

Packed with care, came on time, everything there as mentioned. Recommend.
