Writing this based on experience using the site.

I'd to enter the exact same captcha multiple times moving between pages, submitting multiple times and it only working with refresh page.

I went through checkout multiple times as the site didn't think my address from PayPal was accurate enough and ended up just hitting the place order button till it finally worked .

Not ordered for a year or so but the site has gotten ridiculously buggy.

Since I found YesAsia about a year ago, I'm a happier fan! They always have the items I want to purchase, including pre-orders for my artist's comeback, and because transportation fees are free when I spend a certain amount, I'm able to buy 100% more items! I live in the United States. It means so much to me, to be able to buy music CDs. I love listening to the sweet melody voices of the Chinese female vocalists. I also enjoy dancing to what you could call the traditional Chinese Dance Music. I can always find a great selection of musical choices at Yesasia.com. The Yesasia website is very easy to navigate. Do not trust item listing of this shop . This shop list out of stock item . Not professionnal and not serious ! I will no longer trust you and will not order from you again. I lost money because of yesasia. I needed to exchange euros for dollars usd specifically to make a PayPal payment in usd to pay an item. Yesasia canceled the order and refunded the dollars usd, but I can't do anything with these dollars usd , and if I exchange them back into Euros, I lose money due to the exchange rate, solely because of you. I'm losing money for nothing! very angry

Very disappointed 😞 order no.3007527 placed on 2nd October 2025 , paid express shipping estimated within 3-5 days , today 21st October I've received an email claiming my book will be shipped on 1st November! Thats a joke ?! Never again will order from this website , not reliable, not professional, recommended by my Japanese friend , I guess she hates me !

This is a great website to get asian music and videos. Quick service but would appreciate more updates. Also more Taiwan TV drama series would be great.

Advertises free shipping but doesn't say that you have to spent X amount to get it. Then order was cancelled because it was out of stock and they couldn't get a copy through their suppliers. Waste of time, won't use again.

I usually buy Japanese music from this website, so it normally takes about 7 days for them to source the items. Customer service is excellent, and ordering is straightforward. Parcels are well wrapped, and arrive in pristine condition. Shipping is 10 days to uk. I have used this website for about 20 years. Prices are a little high, but you can get free shipping over $59.

when using PayPal, you payment gateway checked the PayPal profile and has overwritten the filled in shipping address on YesAsia profile. This causes trouble on completing the order.
